⭐ Would be 0 stars if I could… I tried booking a same-day massage appointment but was told they wouldn’t schedule me unless I provided my credit card information over the phone to an employee. I wasn’t comfortable sharing my card details that way, especially without being offered a secure online payment option. The whole experience felt sketchy and unprofessional. I completely understand businesses requiring a card to hold appointments, but customers should have a secure way to provide that information. Unfortunately, this experience was enough for me to take my business elsewhere.

Excellent experience! I’ve been coming here for a few years and I am greeted by bame when I arrive, my coffee is hot and flavored, and most importantly, my stylist really listens so me and we talk about my wants and needs regarding my hair. I always walk out feeling fantastic!

I booked an appointment for a package that included a 60 min massage, mani & pedi for a total of $224. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and everyone I came in contact with was kind and professional. The only reason why I did not give 5 stars is because my manicure unfortunately did not last long. Within 24 hours the gel polish was coming loose and falling off and by day 3 all polish was gone. I have had several manicures done and never had this issue. I am disappointed that I paid $53 for the manicure and this was the result.
