Vincent is very efficient and attentive to pest concerns I have. He always sends a courtesy text to remind that he will be here the next day. Wow, it was incredible. My Renter called me telling me that they were ants inside the house and outside the house. We have been using Delk for over 13 years. Vincent is our technician, and because we keep our gates locked, he calls or texts the day before he comes. He gives us an approximate arrival time for our convenience and for his also. This way he is able to complete his work the first time rather than trying to "catch" us…
