Vincent is very efficient and attentive to pest concerns I have. He always sends a courtesy text to remind that he will be here the next day. Javier is conscious and will respond to concerns I have about pests as needed. He is pleasant and reliable. I appreciate him. Text reminders and Thank Yous are welcome always.
Great company and well represented. Responsive to my needs. Highly recommend. Got a new representative and the standard remains high.
Javier is our service tech. He calls me by name when he arrives for our monthly service. Some might call that a little thing but to me it means he knows his customers and that is sooooo cool. He greets all my family members with a smile, does the service, and then makes sure all gates are locked and secured…
Excellent service in all of the 20 years we’ve had them. Ally has kept our house pest free and easily accommodated those needs. She anticipates pest problems when we’ve made changes to our house always informing us what needs to be done. Her excellent service work is one of the reasons we haven’t ever looked…
Let’s me know ahead of time when he is coming to spray the house and works around me if I have to cancel. Eric is awesome and very polite.
Exterior of my home spraying every other month so I don’t have any issues. I’ve used them since pretty 😍 We asked him to spray the garage now it’s done
I like Vincent alot. He is very professional.

Have had the same "Bug lady" for over 10 years. Ally does a great job and us rock solid reliable. She also gives me a heads up on things to watch out for and my pooch thinks she's great too!
Always great service. Shows up on time. Non intrusive and gets job done quickly. Even loves my dogs when they are out.

The service people are SO dog-friendly. I’m really grateful to know that they not only can handle my huge dogs, but actually LOVE and remember them, talk to them, pet them, etc. Thank you for having employees who still value treating a customer as more than just a customer. It’s refreshing.
Company tech is very thorough in the application. Does great job at webbing and checking with us to see if we are experiencing any new problem with pests. Also gives us a heads up when they will be arriving. Great customer service.
