One word, OUTSTANDING! I am a retired general contractor with 40 years in the construction industry dealing with various trade contractors. I call at least 3+ companies to obtain proposals. In this instant, I called 4 other companies besides Delta, to get quotes and asked the same questions, so to compare responses, in order to make a decision. My decisions are always based on contractors qualifications, experience, licensing, insurance coverage, reviews and pricing. I never base my decision on price only. Obviously, I chose Delta Radon to get the work done. I am very pleased with my decision. From initial call and speaking to Troy (owner) to the installation by Jesus, the experience was absolutely great. Troy was very pleasant, responsive, professional, knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, emails and calls. He kept in touch and gave me a scheduled date and time and met it. That is very much unusual here in NC, but greatly appreciated. As for installation, Jesus, showed up right on time that Troy indicated. He arrived in a very nice setup (truck, trailer and tools) which tells me they are professional and take pride in their business appearance. Jesus, was very friendly, pleasant, respectful and professional
We spoke, he addressed all my concerns/questions, did a very clean install and left the entire area clean of all debris. He did a quick walk-through and showed me everything he did and shared photos of all work done. I was very happy and impressed with the work he did, but most impressed with the fan downstream 3" pvc pipe install to the roof, it was plumb and straight, most plumbers can't do that. Thank you, Jesus.
In conclusion, I would highly recommend them and frankly wouldn't waste time with anyone else. Thanks Troy and Jesus.
