We are really satisfied with the home inspection. Mr. Sean was meticulous with the inspection that he did. Without his initial inspection we would not be able to see better what needs to be checked during our blue taping most specially our roofing that we could not see what needs to be checked from above. Mr. sean did meticulously inspect our home through and through from crawls spaces to the roofing and all around also report came back so fast. And during our blue taping most of the major concerns were already addressed by the builder specially from the roofing area that is no longer visible to our eyes. I really recommend Me. Sean and would love to avail another service for our next home inspection.

From the moment he arrived, he was friendly, personable, and made us feel like we had known him for years. And when I say this man is THOROUGH, I mean he looked at EVERYTHING! From the roof to the crawl space, inside and outside, every foundation brick, every nook and cranny, Sean left no stone unturned. He even brought out his drone to capture footage and pictures of the roof and took the time to inspect the outside perimeter of the property. His attention to detail was incredible! What impressed us just as much as his thoroughness was the time he spent with us. He walked us through everything, explained what he was looking at, and answered every question we had along the way. We never once felt rushed. You can tell Sean takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the people he's helping. That kind of dedication and customer service is hard to find! As a real estate broker, I work with inspection companies regularly, and I can honestly say this was one of the most informative and professional experiences I’ve had. We were dealing with an extremely stressful situation involving three previous mold reports from another inspection company. Unfortunately, an additional swab test was performed that had not been requested or required, resulting in findings that raised concerns with our buyer’s lender and created unnecessary complications, delays, and additional expenses. From the moment I spoke with Sean, the experience was completely different! He took his time, thoroughly explained the findings, answered every question I had, and walked me through exactly what needed to be done to properly address the concerns. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping us resolve the situation rather than simply performing another inspection. What impressed me even more was Sean’s compassion. After hearing everything we had been through with the previous inspection company, he even offered us a discount to help ease some of the financial stress.
