Customers frequently cite the thoroughness of inspections, detailed written reports with photos, and clear communication regarding findings. Reviewers also note punctuality, reasonable pricing, and the availability of additional services like radon and pest testing. However, some lower-rated reviews criticize the company for sharing client contact information with third parties without consent and for charging extra fees to re-inspect appliances that were covered during the initial visit.

Review from Google · view on GoogleRafael was wonderful. This has been by far the most extensive and well-documented home inspection report I have ever received and I have purchased a few homes over the years. I am thoroughly impressed. As someone purchasing for the final time, as this is to be my retirement home, it was important to select the right location and then find the perfect home. I needed the home to have good bones and be structurally sound. The comprehensive inspection and detailed reporting was exactly what was needed. Great work. I will use this team for the reinspection. The pricing was slightly higher but I would pay that price again for the thoroughness and the reporting efforts.
