For me the best investment is to invest in yourself. For that reason, I decided to prioritize my mental health when it began declining. Finding a therapist that offered me a safe space was my main goal since, previous experiences with therapists I didn’t feel like I was being heard or seeing. After doing some research I came across Isabel and I can thanked her enough for helping me with this journey. Everyone knows that seeking for professional help is not an easy task but it is the first step to healing and Isabel has made this process less uncomfortable. She has helped me with my anxiety/ depression, grieve and lack of motivation. I am grateful that she is bilingual because my first language is Spanish so in some instances I feel more comfortable speaking it and that made the sessions more welcoming for me.
