Jose called and let me know that he was available earlier than scheduled, which was excellent. Arrived, diagnosed and fixed my furnace problem within 10 minutes. Very pleasant and easy to work with. Top service.
We have an annual maintenance contract with Dial One which is well worth the money. Today we had an HVAC problem which was very difficult to diagnose. The technician, Jose, did an awesome job and stayed with it until he fixed the problem.
