Customers frequently praise the nursery for knowledgeable staff, reasonable pricing, and a welcoming atmosphere that includes community events and a coffee cart. Many highlight helpful service with plant selection, repotting, and design advice. However, several low-star reviews criticize the landscaping division for poor communication, missed appointments, project delays, and issues with design accuracy or plant survival.

Still the best in the Valley. The OG. Team there is awesome. Leadership is on it. From selection of Pottery/Pots. To plants. Gifts. Indoor&Outdoor. Place to go! Lots of imitations, this place was first in, leaders in my book.
Dig It Gardens is such a beautiful, fun spot. I love the friendly feel and the support provided by the knowledgable staff. Visiting the gardens when they are host to small businesses and vendors from the community is an especially exciting time to go.
Spent a morning wandering through Dig It Gardens in downtown Phoenix, and it was a relaxing escape. They have reasonable prices for really cute house plants. I got some dirt there but I wasn't happy with it.
Super helpful discussing some challenges with my yard and planting right now. Grabbed a Texas sage for now but I've got a date planted with Dig It for my fall planning season :)

Thank you so so much! We wouldn’t be an OG without cool customers like yourself.
Outstanding customer service is becoming rare, but Dig It Gardens reminded me it still exists. I brought in a clipping from the memorial arrangement for my little dog after she passed away. It’s one of the few things I have left of her, and it means everything to me. Instead of simply repotting it, he carefully propagated healthy cuttings, replanted what he could, and sent me home with the remaining cuttings in a humidity bag along with clear instructions so I can come back later and grow even more plants. That kind of kindness and care is incredibly rare. We discussed my new outdoor space, its direction, sun exposure, and the Arizona heat he suggested container friendly plants that will thrive in my space, attract hummingbirds, and create a beautiful, cooler outdoor retreat. He wasn’t just selling plants; he was helping me create a space I’ll truly enjoy. This is exactly why small businesses matter. You simply don’t get this level of knowledge, thoughtfulness, or genuine customer care at a big-box store. I’ll absolutely be back to buy the rest of the plants for my space. Dig it Gardens earned a customer for life. ❤️🪴
Thank you!!!!!!
