Thomas was so prompt and quickly diagnosed the problem with my dryer! He ordered the part, then as soon as he received the part the following day, he quickly came and repaired it! Very responsive and efficient. Thomas arrived the same day that I called (a Saturday), quoted me a reasonable price and my Samsung dryer was running hot again on Monday. He's knowledgeable and thorough and very honest in his communication. I highly recommend.

It has been my second time in the last two weeks. Thomas had been the technician so knowledgeable, respectful and He knows his line of work.. My refrigerator stopped working and he found the problem right away.. Today he called right away came to Napa at 3 pm and fixed the problem.. highly highly recommend😁
