Carlos G showed up early and was extremely helpful. He took a look at the situation and gave a fair quote and was able to help clear the drain blockage and give tips on how to help avoid issues in the future. I recommend Discount Plumbing and especially Carlos G for great service .
I had a clogged washing machine drain. I called Discount Plumbing and Edgar came out to take a look. He brought out a snake and cleared my drain in no time. He was done in less than 30 minutes. It was a bit pricey but it’s no longer clogged.
Ricardo was extremely thorough both in clearing the drain and explaining the best long term solutions to resolve plumbing issues.
Ricardo was the best! So knowledgeable, and fast!
Onan was so helpful and he gives information of the situation of the problem. Very reliable !!!
My fourth timing using these guys and they’ve been great every time. Carlos G came out this time and cleared my clogged line quickly. He even fixed a couple ruptured pipes no charge. Would recommend them every time.
Tony L did an amazing job! He was very informative and fixed my clogging issues same day! When in doubt, I know I would be taken care of by this service. He truly checked everything to make sure he was walking way with the home well taken care of. Thank you!
Professional prompt service
The name may say “discount,” but the service is premium! They responded promptly to my request for an appointment, kept in touch via text, and were completely transparent in what they were doing and what work was needed vs. “nice to have.” We wanted to get our drains inspected and cleaned out ahead of this year’s…
I used these guys in 2023 for a clogged toilet / shower drain, they sent a crew of 2 plumbers with a large motorized rooter and fixed the problem. Seemed fine. This time in 2026 they sent a plumber who seemed only interested in upselling rather than being a competent plumber, even though the problem was pretty…
A crew came out on relatively short notice to deal with a clogged sewer lateral. They investigated and succeeded in clearing the line, although there was some under-communication regarding how they approached the work (they switched methods without telling me, but achieved the desired results). During their…
Breyman and team were very knowledgeable and were able to clear a nasty kitchen sink clog. We were advised on next steps and are very happy with the service
Ray and his assistant showed up early, and right off the bat he laid out the game plan and the estimated time needed for the work. And it’s exactly that. In an hour he thoroughly tested and unblocked the basement sewage system . He even worked from the sidewalk and cleaned out bunch of sand! We now have our bathroom…

Kevin was fast and efficient. He had to snake approx 30ft down the pipe to unclog my drain using a powered sewer snake and pulled out a glob of hair…! PSA: tell you loved ones to pick up and throw their hair in the trash!
Great communication with Freddy and Elmer prior to visit. Technician Elmer arrived on time, was highly respectful and thoughtful with projection and completion of work. Very efficient, and even made time to give quote on a future issue.

Connor came out to snake the drain from the main bathroom and from the garage drain where the washing machine was positioned. Nicest plumber I’ve ever met! He really takes the time to explain everything to you so you’re fully informed of everything that needs to be done. His drawings and explanations are very helpful. 100% will be calling Mr. Efrain back for anything plumbing 🪠 related. 10/10 would recommend to all my friends & family.
Very knowledgeable plumber. He explained current problems and better way to avoid recurrence. I highly recommend their services. If you are in Noe Valley, SF area, ask specifically for Joshua (+ Colt) as he knows inside out of sewage fresh water supply line in old and new houses.

Simon was very professional and skillful. He worked fast and knew what he was doing. I hope Discount plumbing pays him well because an employee that good could get a good offer with a competitor. The job he did by himself was awesome. Thanks simon
Elmer was awesome. Smart. Solutions. Great explanations. Patient. Professional.
Took advantage of my female tenant and went straight to descaling a slow bathroom sink drain and toilet drain for a whopping $2,766 versus simply snaking the sink and toilet drain for a couple hundred dollars. This was on May 20, 2026. Then tried to upsell a $11,000 main sewage line replacement. I've been managing…
Ricardo D. arrived on schedule at the end of a long day with a positive attitude, resolved to clear a plugged drain and repipe the P-Trap under the sink in our master bathroom. Simon was incredibly professional, punctual and solution focused vs trying to squeeze more $ out of us. We had another plumbing company come before who tried to charge us 4x what Simon charged. Carlos did a great and timely job clearing our shower drain.
Breeman and Colt did a great job cleaning out our storm drain which has a really bad ten year old clog in it. They were by far the most reasonably priced of all the companies we contacted, and they were also really great to work with: that explained everything, we're willing to look at other drains to see if they…

Very quick response. Stephen J (plumber) was very friendly and helpful. He explained what was going on to me & made sure I was taken care of. Thank you!
tech showed up at appointed time, solved the drain issue in the shower in question, negotiated the initial charge he gave us (when we asked why it was so high) down not once but twice to more than $100 less than original price but it still seem remarkably high. The fact of the negotiation seemed very unprofessional but we are new to the area so?????
Stephan J. was a true professional, exploring every option to resolve our issue, explaining everything along the way. He was also very personable and easy to deal with. We would be happy to deal with him again if we had other plumbing jobs.

Javier was so kind and considerate and fixed our blocked drain swiftly.
