Excellent work and friendly person, would highly recommend Ricardo for your repairs.
As part of my review, I must say that I became frustrated by the AI that was tasked with scheduling my repair. When I asked to speak to a real person, the AI said ‘I am a person. ‘ Creepy. Until the time of my appointment, I wasn’t able to speak with a human about my water heater repair, which I did not like. It was…
Simon was great, very informative and thorough. Took time to check entire work area for leaks and making sure area was clean.
The plumber Ricardo did a great job! Very professional and courteous. He explained what happened. He quickly found the leak and had the part already in his van. I recommend him and will contact him again if I have any other issues.
We've used Discount Plumbing twice now and are happy to say we'll be customers for life. With our first issue, which happened after hours a few months ago, Kevin F. came out at night and was able to address a leak despite not having all the necessary parts in his truck. Today Kevin F. and Frankie came for a separate…

What an adventure. Sewer lateral repairs, new pressure regulator and shutoff valve. All finally completed with the outstanding service from Connor and Alex, not to mention all the others digging up stuff and putting everything back in its place. Hope we don’t see each other for quite some time. Thanks again!!
Great service! Friendly, professional, and punctual. Will definitely use Discount Plumbing again!
Tony L. was great! Had a friendly conversation with him while he was here and everything was fixed promptly!
I have mixed feelings about my experience with Discount Plumbing Rooter. First, I want to recognize Elmer, who was excellent. He was responsive, professional, arrived on time, and did quality work. I have no complaints about his service or workmanship, and I would happily give him five stars. Unfortunately, my…

Great friend, great service will count on him all the time.
Tony & Colt great! They both explained the issues in words that I understood (in other words, they talked to me not at me). They fixed the leaking faucet to the washer and the slow drain in the upstairs bathroom sink. As an added bonus, they flushed out the water heater that I didn’t know need to be done at least…
Sam is highly skilled and reliable. I have worked with him for an extended period. He repairs everything professionally. His prices are reasonable, and his methods are effective. Josue was incredible! Arrived early and he quickly accomplished both requested repairs. He was competent and friendly and disclosed all costs up front.
Simon was phenomenal in helping us identify issues and super professional. He fixed what was necessary and then Simon helped setting up their mold team to come out same day and make sure the water damage hadn’t resulted in anything worse. Luckily it hadn’t and now we have that peace of mind as well! Thank you…

Fast service and great communication from the team. I called in the morning and they came in less than an hour. They fixed our broken spigot (picture attached) in less than 20min for $325. Would recommend Carlos for any plumbing job again!
My new apartment had a kitchen faucet with no water pressure. It could take upwards of 5mins to fill a pot of water. After enough time I finally decided to address this issue by contacting Discount Plumbing - and I couldn’t be happier with that decision. They assigned Tony to my job and he was friendly, timely, and…
Discount Plumbing and Rotor service comes highly recommended from myself who had service done at my home. Work done was great and prices were very affordable and reasonable. I am very satisfied with them and would not hesitate to give them a call whenever a plumbing issue occurs in my home.

WOW! Josue was amazing. So professional and kind. We had a complicated kitchen sink issue that Josue quickly diagnosed and sorted. He also installed our new kitchen faucet! I am happy with the service provided by Discount Plumbing. Brian is high level pro removed old leaking faucet and installed new faucet for less than one hour. I could not do it myself even though I have some experience. For reasonable price Brian repaired my faucet and did some extra work which was not included in the quote. Would hire them again.
Awesome & speedy service however, calling them discount plumbing is not really legit. They are super expensive. Would be 5 stars if it wasn’t so pricey! Thank you.
Antonio S was super knowledgeable and friendly and took care of all our plumbing needs! Very professional.
Tony S was fantastic, he was very knowledgeable about fixing issues with my kitchen sink and installing a new bathroom vanity.

We called at 1pm today and was thankfully able to get a day of appointment because my husband had pulled off our faucet without a plan to replace it after realizing we could not reach under the floating vanity. Good service.
Great work!
Have been using Discount Plumbing services for a few years now mostly for toilet and faucet leak repairs and pipes cleanup as our plumbing system is not perfect. Consistently good job quality, professional and friendly attitude and reasonable prices. Highly recommend this plumbing service!
Connor and team were very professional, on time, responsive, answered my questions and quick to help with any additional problems I had. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommend.
Antonio S did a great job installing two new faucets in old fixtures and making things work perfectly even as old sink parts failed in the process and unrelated fixes were needed. He did not charge for the extra work but I offered to pay for parts. I'm very pleased with his professionalism.
Yachua came in the window provided for my service. The office called a head of time to let me know and Yachua called when he was outside. He provided a quick assessment and let me know the rate. He fixed the repairs in under 30 mins and was efficient. Would highly recommend even if it’s for minor repairs like ours.
