As always, Discount Plumbing, Jason specifically, was quick to respond, great with my Mom, and efficient. Thank you so much for helping me out once again!!
Simon was great, very informative and thorough. Took time to check entire work area for leaks and making sure area was clean.
The technician Elmer R. came and provided quick and professional service to clear my kitchen pipe.
Ricardo was incredible, came right away(despite the late hour), was great to work with on our problem. We quickly troubleshot the issue and within the hour the leak was completely resolved! So, so impressed, and he was super friendly (my daughter says he was really nice!) thank you Ricardo! Very much recommended!
The plumber Ricardo did a great job! Very professional and courteous. He explained what happened. He quickly found the leak and had the part already in his van. I recommend him and will contact him again if I have any other issues.
We've used Discount Plumbing twice now and are happy to say we'll be customers for life. With our first issue, which happened after hours a few months ago, Kevin F. came out at night and was able to address a leak despite not having all the necessary parts in his truck. Today Kevin F. and Frankie came for a separate…
We hired the Discount Plumbing Rooter Services based on the favorable reviews on Yelp and the business came up in our search for a Leak Detection Specialist. Within minutes of inspection RICARDO was able to detect the likely source of the leak (we were impressed). He ended up having to replace our toilet due to rust…
Elmer did an excellent job! He was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He was thorough in his work and made sure the job was done properly. I really appreciate his honesty, attention to detail, and great customer service. I would definitely recommend Elmer to…
My horrific experience with Discount Plumbing in Daly City was less than and distressingly dissatisfactory due to poor workmanship, lack of knowledge for the complexity of the job, lack of proper tools for proper execution of the underground main water pipe, delay in conducting the work for 3 hrs. while a laborer…
Elmer was fantastic. He explained everything in detail and went above and beyond.
Magno, Carlos L, and Yontor did a great job, and it met my expectations. And recovered everything
Prompt, polite, and skilled—Edgar delivered great service from start to finish. His professionalism was greatly appreciated. Thank you!
We had a mysterious leak near our refrigerator that caused our floor to buckle. Javier and Israel came out and tested moisture levels throughout the kitchen, went into the crawlspace to check for leaks, and finally determined that it was likely coming from condensation inside of our refrigerator. They arrived…
What an adventure. Sewer lateral repairs, new pressure regulator and shutoff valve. All finally completed with the outstanding service from Connor and Alex, not to mention all the others digging up stuff and putting everything back in its place. Hope we don’t see each other for quite some time. Thanks again!!
Spencer from Discount Plumbing did a fantastic job with our plumbing issues. He was very patient and easy to work with in understanding the issues. He did a thorough job detecting the leakage and fixing it. We’ve worked with a few plumbers in the past, and would easily recommend him over the others.
Ricardo is great! He came out quick and got the job done. He is very knowledgeable and thorough and explained everything he was doing and why. He gave us clear options and pricing so we could make an informed decision. I would definitely work with him again. Thank you Ricardo!
We had a great experience with our technician, Lazaro, today. He arrived right on time, was professional, friendly, and communicated clearly throughout the entire visit. Elmer did an outstanding job with a leaking sink pipe.
Came in a Friday evening when they realized the urgency of the situation. Repaired and replaced a broken shower pipe from the condo above us the same evening. They are a great complany and highly recommend.
Ricardo was very friendly, professional, efficient and communicative. He explained everything very well (and showed video pics of the issues) so we understood the issues at hand and presented the solutions with the pricing before we committed to the work. He also let us know where we received discounts for the work…
My parent’s bathroom flooded, Ricardo and Kevin came at 8pm at night and stayed till almost midnight to figure out the problem. Unfortunately, there were three pipe ruptures in the pipe in our front yard. He showed up the next day at 7:15am with his crew. While talking with my dad, he learned my dad was turning 84…
Yontor was fast, efficient and above all, honest. Great job!
Good experience with Yontor
I work in the trades in NYC and found Ricardo to be very helpful, neat and clean in his trade. He located the issue of a shower drain leak. He wasn’t able to fix the problem because it was a tile issue not a pipe problem but was very helpful on informing us on who to call.
Sam is highly skilled and reliable. I have worked with him for an extended period. He repairs everything professionally. His prices are reasonable, and his methods are effective. You should consider hiring Sam from Discount Plumbing. He knows precisely what he is doing and is honest about the situation and costs. I…

Stephan was a great plumber: top notch communicator and extremely knowledgeable. Had us up and running again stat.
Simon was incredibly professional, punctual and solution focused vs trying to squeeze more $ out of us. We had another plumbing company come before who tried to charge us 4x what Simon charged. It was a breath of fresh air to have a professional who wanted to fix our problem vs find 10 other mystery problems.…
Simon was phenomenal in helping us identify issues and super professional. He fixed what was necessary and then Simon helped setting up their mold team to come out same day and make sure the water damage hadn’t resulted in anything worse. Luckily it hadn’t and now we have that peace of mind as well! Thank you…

Tony was very communicative. He explained each step of the process and showed me the damaged parts that needed replacement. Got the job done quickly but very professionally. Thanks Tony!
Discount Plumbing, and Ricardo in particular, were fantastic. Knowledgeable, fairly priced, prompt, and very hard working. They helped us replace our water heater to a gas tankless unit, recut piping, upgraded the gas line, fixed a leak and even helped us fix a sink drain and a shower drain as an extra favor, all in…
Called to have a emergency small leak in a commercial building fixed. They stated they wont help a third party even though I was willing to pay a large deposit up front or give them a credit card to hold they would not assist in any way!!! Worst customer service ever!!!
Always had great service. I always request Kevin great guy and know his business.
A technician, Omar, came to repair the leaking kitchen faucet. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and resolved the issue seamlessly. I truly appreciate his expertise and professionalism. I highly recommend him, especially for anyone with little mechanical knowledge or dealing with sudden leaks. His work was impeccable. Thank you!
Tony S was fantastic, he was very knowledgeable about fixing issues with my kitchen sink and installing a new bathroom vanity.
Efrain’s experience really shined. He was able to identify the source of a leak that was caused by one plumber many years ago, and that could not be diagnosed by another plumber many months ago. And he figured it out with the ease that only comes from decades of experience. I would highly recommend.
This is the second time we’ve used this company because our first time was a good experience. Sam and Carlos were so great! They work quick, they were respectful and put on shoe covers, and got our water leak issue fixed! They communicated each step of the way, let us test it out after to make sure there were no…

Our kitchen drainage pipe had a leak. The initial plumber gave a pretty high quote and couldn't fix it immediately. we then called discount plumbing, and Ricardo was here within a couple of hours of our call. He quoted a price that was $150 lower, and said he could get started right away. He first put a temporary…
