Excellent work and friendly person, would highly recommend Ricardo for your repairs.
The plumber Ricardo did a great job! Very professional and courteous. He explained what happened. He quickly found the leak and had the part already in his van. I recommend him and will contact him again if I have any other issues.
We hired the Discount Plumbing Rooter Services based on the favorable reviews on Yelp and the business came up in our search for a Leak Detection Specialist. Within minutes of inspection RICARDO was able to detect the likely source of the leak (we were impressed). He ended up having to replace our toilet due to rust…

Great service!
My horrific experience with Discount Plumbing in Daly City was less than and distressingly dissatisfactory due to poor workmanship, lack of knowledge for the complexity of the job, lack of proper tools for proper execution of the underground main water pipe, delay in conducting the work for 3 hrs. while a laborer…
Brian was wonderful. Lovely to deal with, very knowledgeable, efficient and tidy. 100% recommend him.
Elmer was fantastic. He explained everything in detail and went above and beyond.
UPDATE: Following my original review, the company supervisor contacted me immediately to express alarm over the situation. To their credit, they dispatched a second technician to my home within 30 minutes to fix the shower at no charge. However, what the second technician uncovered only confirms how predatory the…
Installing a PRV valve and installing a bathroom faucet. Great price
What an adventure. Sewer lateral repairs, new pressure regulator and shutoff valve. All finally completed with the outstanding service from Connor and Alex, not to mention all the others digging up stuff and putting everything back in its place. Hope we don’t see each other for quite some time. Thanks again!!
Wow, Stephen was amazing. So kind and fixed our issue in no time. Easy online booking for a next-day appointment, good communication and arrived on time. Will definitely use them again!
Spencer from Discount Plumbing did a fantastic job with our plumbing issues. He was very patient and easy to work with in understanding the issues. He did a thorough job detecting the leakage and fixing it. We’ve worked with a few plumbers in the past, and would easily recommend him over the others.
Ricardo is great! He came out quick and got the job done. He is very knowledgeable and thorough and explained everything he was doing and why. He gave us clear options and pricing so we could make an informed decision. I would definitely work with him again. Thank you Ricardo!
Ricardo is an excellent plumber. I appreciate his thoroughness and all the options he presents before moving forward with repairs. I will continue to call Ricardo for all our plumbing repairs. Thank you again for the excellent service and repairs.
Nicest plumber I’ve ever met! He really takes the time to explain everything to you so you’re fully informed of everything that needs to be done. His drawings and explanations are very helpful. 100% will be calling Mr. Efrain back for anything plumbing 🪠 related. 10/10 would recommend to all my friends & family.

Great friend, great service will count on him all the time.
Tony & Colt great! They both explained the issues in words that I understood (in other words, they talked to me not at me). They fixed the leaking faucet to the washer and the slow drain in the upstairs bathroom sink. As an added bonus, they flushed out the water heater that I didn’t know need to be done at least…

Simon was phenomenal in helping us identify issues and super professional. Couldn't recommend them enough after this experience. After calling Discount Plumbing, Efrain showed up in about 30 minutes to assess what needed to be done. Customer service is professional. The big stand out about Ricardo who worked on the plumbing is the skill set. That’s what separated this experience from previous plumbing companies I’ve used that didn’t really know things. Ricardo was able to answer things, and he found a difficult shower handle cartridge to repair a leak.
Communication from discount plumbing was excellent. Brian was right on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and was able to install a replacement.
Super professional, courteous, efficient repair work by Saul, for a reasonable price, esp compared to some of the rip off artists around here. The fact that they provide a free estimate and and stick to it is also great! And they have really good electronic communication. Highly recommend.
Excellent job, done before we knew it. Used them in the past and will use them in three future if the need comes up.
