Simon was great, very informative and thorough. Took time to check entire work area for leaks and making sure area was clean.
The plumber Ricardo did a great job! Very professional and courteous. He explained what happened. He quickly found the leak and had the part already in his van. I recommend him and will contact him again if I have any other issues.
Cesar is knowable and professional. He’s able to explain the job and steps it would take to resolve my plumbing issues.
I first came across Discount Plumbing at a local street fair, where a friend encouraged me to stop by their booth and take a card. I’m very glad I did, because that’s how I ended up meeting Kevin F. I’ve dealt with ongoing plumbing issues in my home since 2012, and over the years, no one could determine the…
A truly satisfying job, well done! Clean, prompt, explained the process. Highly recommend Discount Plumbing to both friends and family 👌 Fixed the issue a timely manner Thanks so very much 😊 Sam
Elmer did an excellent job! He was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He was thorough in his work and made sure the job was done properly. I really appreciate his honesty, attention to detail, and great customer service. I would definitely recommend Elmer to…
My horrific experience with Discount Plumbing in Daly City was less than and distressingly dissatisfactory due to poor workmanship, lack of knowledge for the complexity of the job, lack of proper tools for proper execution of the underground main water pipe, delay in conducting the work for 3 hrs. while a laborer…
Very fast response, and great work. I will only use discount plumbing in the future for all my plumbing needs.
Discount Plumbing is the best! I called Jason Wells on Sept 8th @ 11:20 am (as I always do for all my personal and business work), explained what I needed asap for an insurance inspection taking place on Thursday, and he gave me the phone number for Carlos G. I called Carlos@ 12:02 pm, he answered the call...On his…
Magno, Carlos L, and Yontor did a great job, and it met my expectations. And recovered everything
I admit to sticker shock when I heard the price but it is what it is. I doubt that if I had called another company that their price would be that different. Cesar did a great job. He even cleaned up our yucky sink! 😊
Installing a PRV valve and installing a bathroom faucet. Great price
What an adventure. Sewer lateral repairs, new pressure regulator and shutoff valve. All finally completed with the outstanding service from Connor and Alex, not to mention all the others digging up stuff and putting everything back in its place. Hope we don’t see each other for quite some time. Thanks again!!
Tony L was amazing! Company was great with communication and Tony’s service was 5 star!
Spencer from Discount Plumbing did a fantastic job with our plumbing issues. He was very patient and easy to work with in understanding the issues. He did a thorough job detecting the leakage and fixing it. We’ve worked with a few plumbers in the past, and would easily recommend him over the others.
Ricardo is great! He came out quick and got the job done. He is very knowledgeable and thorough and explained everything he was doing and why. He gave us clear options and pricing so we could make an informed decision. I would definitely work with him again. Thank you Ricardo!
We had a great experience with our technician, Lazaro, today. He arrived right on time, was professional, friendly, and communicated clearly throughout the entire visit. We had a few things that were overdue for attention and Lazaro methodically worked through each of them. He explained what needed to be done and…
Great service from Tony, very professional!
Spencer replaced my pressure reducing valve. He worked really quick and did a great job. The install looks clean and was an upgrade too because I added the Moen shut off valve.
Discount plumbing provided excellent service. They will explained everything about the problem with our pipes and the repair they will do. . And the work finished in a timely manner. We will use them again for any problems with have.
Elmer did an outstanding job with a leaking sink pipe.
Last evening I was told by the guy who runs our swimming pool equipment that the gas lines in the pool room are rotted. I didn’t even know we had gas. I googled what entity would conduct repairs, thinking it must be PG&E. Found out that you need to hire someone. AI recommended a short list of businesses. I sent…
Tony S. was absolutely amazing. The job was unexpectedly an extremely difficult one, as Tony said “the job of the year”. But he was extremely professional, very respectful, very polite, and kept going above and beyond. He worked tirelessly for hours trying to clear the pipes, and he never complained. He was also so…
I rarely write reviews, but this experience earned one. Ricardo and Danny from Discount Plumbing were an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. They showed up right on time, which already set a great tone. From there, it only got better — they were professional and courteous throughout, took the time…
Ricardo was extremely helpful and professional and got the job done!
Josue R was very professional and very friendly. He found the problem quickly and offered the right solution. Definitely the right service provider.
Fast, cost-effective, and friendly. They are definitely on my permanent list of helpful vendors. Antonio and Colt were great
My parent’s bathroom flooded, Ricardo and Kevin came at 8pm at night and stayed till almost midnight to figure out the problem. Unfortunately, there were three pipe ruptures in the pipe in our front yard. He showed up the next day at 7:15am with his crew. While talking with my dad, he learned my dad was turning 84…
Josue was amazing helping diagnosing and solving our clogged washer pipes! So friendly and nice…thank you again!
Ricardo fixed my broken shower valve and installed a new handle. He was very professional and took great care to ensure the work was done well and correctly. He patiently answered all of my questions. I would definitely call on him again if I need similar plumbing work done.
Kevin was quick and efficient. My backyard pipe broke over the weekend and needed an urgent repair. He arrived within two hours of being contacted and completed the work in about 45 minutes. He welded the pipe and installed a new tap. The total cost was $685. I haven’t received an invoice by email yet, so I can’t…
Yontor was fast, efficient and above all, honest. Great job!
Good experience with Yontor
The team at discount plumbing was able to get me a same-day appointment. They were communicative when my plumber was running late. My plumber, Carlos was professional, communicative, and friendly. He was able to replace the broken pipes below my sink and install a new faucet quickly.
I recently called Discount Plumbing because I was experiencing a back up of water during laundry where water backed up in both my sink and bathtub and it was not draining. They sent someone out the next morning to see what the problem was. The gentleman they sent out was Stephen. I am extremely impressed with him.…
Great friend, great service will count on him all the time.
Elmer was awesome. Smart. Solutions. Great explanations. Patient. Professional.
Sam is highly skilled and reliable. I have worked with him for an extended period. He repairs everything professionally. His prices are reasonable, and his methods are effective. You should consider hiring Sam from Discount Plumbing. He knows precisely what he is doing and is honest about the situation and costs. I…
"I had an outstanding experience with Discount Plumbing and their Plumber Lazaro A. We have had an ongoing problem with our kitchen plumbing for many years, and have used many different plumbers hoping for a solution. This most recent time, I finally decided to call Discount Plumbing. They dispatched their…
Not recommend. Because 1 - dishonest pricing: my water pressure is low, plumber didn't use any tools just said "valve needs replacement" which is around $1,000. I mentioned this was put in use just for 1 year. Plumber wasn't listening and just repeated "replacement". Later I was informed by someone else "try…
