Ricardo was the best! So knowledgeable, and fast!
Tony L did an amazing job! He was very informative and fixed my clogging issues same day! When in doubt, I know I would be taken care of by this service. He truly checked everything to make sure he was walking way with the home well taken care of. Thank you!
The name may say “discount,” but the service is premium! They responded promptly to my request for an appointment, kept in touch via text, and were completely transparent in what they were doing and what work was needed vs. “nice to have.” We wanted to get our drains inspected and cleaned out ahead of this year’s…
I first came across Discount Plumbing at a local street fair, where a friend encouraged me to stop by their booth and take a card. I’m very glad I did, because that’s how I ended up meeting Kevin F. I’ve dealt with ongoing plumbing issues in my home since 2012, and over the years, no one could determine the…
Ray and his assistant showed up early, and right off the bat he laid out the game plan and the estimated time needed for the work. And it’s exactly that. In an hour he thoroughly tested and unblocked the basement sewage system . He even worked from the sidewalk and cleaned out bunch of sand! We now have our bathroom…
Professional and quick. Discount plumbing are easy to work with. They are courteous and follow up to keep you up to date.
Called for a clogged drain. Agreed to a price of $380 to snake the drain. They worked on it for about 40 minutes and said they couldn’t clear the clog with the snake. Then I was given a price of $1,420 to do a special process of descaling the drain pipe. This new price included the $380 snaking along with a 10%…
LB came out to clean out laundry drain after kitchen remodel. Excellent customer service. Cleared drain in minutes. I recommend Discount Plumbing Rooter. Thank you 😊.

Ricardo was very friendly, professional, efficient and communicative. He explained everything very well (and showed video pics of the issues) so we understood the issues at hand and presented the solutions with the pricing before we committed to the work. He also let us know where we received discounts for the work…
Josue R Josue came on a Sunday when I had an emergency at my medical clinic. He was on time, knowlegable and accurate. He fixed my clogged toilet for 30% less than the next closest bid and included a camera scan report. High marks. Will hire again.
Sam is highly skilled and reliable. I have worked with him for an extended period. He repairs everything professionally. His prices are reasonable, and his methods are effective. You should consider hiring Sam from Discount Plumbing. He knows precisely what he is doing and is honest about the situation and costs. I…

Very quick response. Stephen J (plumber) was very friendly and helpful. He explained what was going on to me & made sure I was taken care of. Thank you!
Stephan J. was a true professional, exploring every option to resolve our issue, explaining everything along the way. He was also very personable and easy to deal with. We would be happy to deal with him again if we had other plumbing jobs.

Brian G came to our house to do spartan jetting and assess condition of our lateral sewer pipes. He was very professional in communicating the results clearly. He proposed options for next steps, and was helpful with the payment process. I was very pleased with his service.
Edgar J was very professional, super friendly, and very knowledgeable in his profession. Will definitely call him again if I have any plumbing issues
Carlos did a fantastic job. We are very happy with their service and will use them again.
I was not able to be there for the job but immediately Brian was communicating with me step by step over the phone. It was a huge relief because this issue has been ongoing for the last 9 months.
Customer service starts with leadership on top and it get passed to subordinates of a company. The crew at Discount Plumbing demonstrated that this past weekend, when they replaced the entire old orange berg sewer pipe to new piping . All members knew their craft , experienced and well trained, started on time and…
Marcus was great. Quickly identified the problem with the blocked sewer line and quickly fixed it. Great work.
I can’t say enough about Samuel P from Discount Plumbing. He’s one of those guys that a person sticks with and trusts.
We found Discount Plumbing a very professional and responsive company to work with. We had an issue with continual backups with our main sewer line. Stephen and his assistant Omar (I believe that was his name) came out to diagnose the problem. The initial free estimate includes a camera inspection. The camera…
These dudes took care of two calls at two different locations. Knew their craft and took care of both issues . Well done

I’ve been working with Brian @ Discount Plumbing for years now. He’s always super responsive & offers their best possible price for new & returning customers. He’s always been very honest & won’t oversell you on unnecessary services. Reliable service as well!

A little over priced but LB the tech was good.
Marcus was professional and courteous Hire more like him!
Prompt response, swift service. I got an appointment right away. Brian, the plumber, was very friendly and professional.
Unfortunately, my technician received a baptism, he kept his cool, super professional, and nice guy. If I didn’t know any better, I would say he was an owner.
Tony did the work, very professional and timely.
Franklin was courteous, knowledgeable and clearly knew more about what needed to happen than I did. Got the pipe unclogged quickly and talked me thru the process and future maintenance steps. Great job!!

They responded very quickly to my request, and sent a technician that same day. The technician was superb, engaging, and kept showing what he was finding along the way. Friendly, courteous, safe, quick, great price
Tried calling 3 other companies before. Still haven’t heard back from two of them. Discount offered a bit lower price for service, and Carlos was friendly and did the job with no issues, took less than half an hour? Didn’t get here till 1:30 when I was scheduled for an 11-1 time slot though. At least they did call ahead to let me know, but still.
I had a great experience with Fred and discount plumbing rooter. They were able to come on a Sunday morning and charged a super reasonable price to clear a sewer clog. Fred was informative, polite and easy to talk to. Highly recommend this company!
Great friendly very fast response time. Great service.👍
Once a year our sewer gets backed up from use. We know the issue but have not spent the $$ to fix it yet. So today all of our plumbing is clogged. Our toilets, tubs, et al, which means no showers and no using the toilet. Discount Plumbing was able to send someone out the same day. Mike came out and after explaining…
Carlos helped with cleaning out my main drain and several smaller drains in my older home, that had been sitting unused for quite a while. He ran out of time in the first visit and came back in the same day to finish up. One of the drains was hard to snake so he cut a pipe to create an access, which he patched…
