Showed up on time. Cleaned up after himself.
We have an old house and struggled with the sewer lateral for a long time. Christian's team @ Discount Plumbing performed a pipe burst and replaced it. They worked quickly and did a great job. They even perfectly matched the concrete that was demoed for the job. What a relief. I've worked with this company…
Ricardo is great! He came out quick and got the job done. He is very knowledgeable and thorough and explained everything he was doing and why. He gave us clear options and pricing so we could make an informed decision. I would definitely work with him again. Thank you Ricardo!
Very knowledgeable plumber. He explained current problems and better way to avoid recurrence. I highly recommend their services. If you are in Noe Valley, SF area, ask specifically for Joshua (+ Colt) as he knows inside out of sewage fresh water supply line in old and new houses.
I recently called Discount Plumbing because I was experiencing a back up of water during laundry where water backed up in both my sink and bathtub and it was not draining. They sent someone out the next morning to see what the problem was. The gentleman they sent out was Stephen. I am extremely impressed with him.…
For permitting purposes, Sam and Israel came to conduct a sewer lateral video inspection to show DWWR inspector. A 2nd appt was needed due to a new cleanout requirement then a 3rd appt needed for soil compaction test. Both Sam and Israel arrived earlier than the scheduled appointments with the city to ensure…
Loved my experience with Discount Plumbing having our entire sewer lateral replaced. We're in an older house in San Mateo, so we could take advantage of pipe bursting rather than new trenching and the DP team was able to walk us through the whole process AND made it really easy to participate in the PSLP program to…
Excellent service!! Ricardo D. Was super knowledgeable and helpful. Hopefully we don’t have to call a plumber again but if we do we will call these guys!
Great service, detail oriented. Really appreciated Ricardo’s work and approach to fixing the issue and walking us thru the whole Process transparently - can’t recommend enough.
The plumbing work itself was done correctly and resolved the emergency, and for that I give credit where it’s due. The team completed the job efficiently, and functionally everything works as it should. That said, the overall experience had several frustrating and uncomfortable aspects. This was emergency work,…

I can’t say enough about Samuel P from Discount Plumbing. He’s one of those guys that a person sticks with and trusts.
We found Discount Plumbing a very professional and responsive company to work with. We had an issue with continual backups with our main sewer line. Stephen and his assistant Omar (I believe that was his name) came out to diagnose the problem. The initial free estimate includes a camera inspection. The camera…

Carlos helped with cleaning out my main drain and several smaller drains in my older home, that had been sitting unused for quite a while. He ran out of time in the first visit and came back in the same day to finish up. One of the drains was hard to snake so he cut a pipe to create an access, which he patched…
