Appointment was easy to setup. They came on time and handled it quickly. This is the 2nd issue we have asked them to solve and both times have been great.
LB was in and out of here in what seemed like 15 minutes or less. He cleared the clog and cleaned up after himself quickly. Given that I couldn't use my sink without the shower pan filling up, it was well worth the service charge.
Friendly, polite, quick, and effective. We had a clogged shower drain which we could not clear ourselves, Marcus was in and out in a half hour. Only a wish I’d been given a cost ballpark before he’d arrived. This was the first time we’d ever needed to call a professional for a clogged drain and there was some sticker shock.
Technician showed up was very transparent and thorough.Checked everything got the drain unplugged and gave us some tips on trying to keep it unclogged. The business was very responsive about getting our appointment and we even got an earlier appointment than expected which was great.
