As part of my review, I must say that I became frustrated by the AI that was tasked with scheduling my repair. When I asked to speak to a real person, the AI said ‘I am a person. ‘ Creepy. Until the time of my appointment, I wasn’t able to speak with a human about my water heater repair, which I did not like. It was…
Cesar did a great job replacing my water heater and installing a new faucet in the kitchen.
Carlos G came to my place to do some diagnostics and was friendly, communicative and responsive. Highly recommend
The plumber Ricardo did a great job! Very professional and courteous. He explained what happened. He quickly found the leak and had the part already in his van. I recommend him and will contact him again if I have any other issues.
Ricardo was extremely helpful and handled my problem with care. I would recommend him to anybody who needed it.
Gilmar G came to evaluate a water heater leak, and then install a new one. He walked me through the options, quoted me the price and went to work immediately. He was very efficient and cleaned up the area nicely after finishing. Very friendly and went the extra mile to help me out.
Professional and very thorough job! Highly recommend!
BEWARE OF ALL OF THEIR FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS USING AI! Faulty job on $8,000 tankless water heater installation and no one will help address the issues. They said they would send a repairman to fix it and no one showed, two days in a row. I had to hire another repairman (putrid smell from improper connection to sewrage…
Professional, On Time, and willing to work with customers. Will definitely use them again!
Mr Edgar came to view the non working water heater. He was very professional, yet personable and friendly. Unfortunately, I was not ready to commit to a replacement yet. Mr Edgr was understanding and didn’t not pressure me one way or another. I appreciated that. I would recommend this company for quick appointments and no pressure.
Ricardo helped fix my hot water heater on a holiday he was fast and efficient plus patient. He gave excellent customer service. I will recommend him to my friends and family.

My water heater was leaking and Elmer R came and he did a good job i highly recommend him.
Omar from Discount Plumbing and Rooter services was at my house today. I had called them because I had been told by another contractor that installation of gas water heaters was not permitted after 2020 unless the regulations change. Omar told me that in fact, tankless gas water heaters can be installed up to 2030…
OK for small jobs like a water heater. I don't recommend them for more complex jobs. They did a good job replacing my water heater, so I called them for a mandatory sewer inspection. The inspection went well, so I hired them for the required $12,000 repair. THAT WAS A MISTAKE! Management was unresponsive and forgot…
Highly recommend. Quick response & immediately sends someone over to have a look at the problem. Got my water heater replaced & installed in half a day.
Cesar at Discount Plumbing was outstanding. He quickly diagnosed the issue, clearly explained my repair and replacement options without any pressure, and completed the entire water heater replacement in just a few hours. His work was professional, he left the area spotless, and my new water heater is working…
Had a great experience with them. They showed up on time, quoted me a reasonable price, went above and beyond with their work, and left everything cleaner than it was when they found it. Excellent all around.

Very professional and excellent service.
Simon was phenomenal in helping us identify issues and super professional. He fixed what was necessary and then Simon helped setting up their mold team to come out same day and make sure the water damage hadn’t resulted in anything worse. Luckily it hadn’t and now we have that peace of mind as well! Thank you…

They’re great. Kevin especially was knowledgeable and made sure our new water heater was right for us.
Fast, friendly service!! We discovered a leak from our water heater a couple days ago and it wasn't improving. Went on Yelp initially to find a service provider but a lot didn't handle water heater repair or assessment. Found Discount Plumbing Rooter Services and not only were they able to come the same day, they…
Discount Plumbing, and Ricardo in particular, were fantastic. Knowledgeable, fairly priced, prompt, and very hard working. They helped us replace our water heater to a gas tankless unit, recut piping, upgraded the gas line, fixed a leak and even helped us fix a sink drain and a shower drain as an extra favor, all in…
Efrain was extremely professional, friendly, and explained what needed to be replaced and why very clearly. Our old water heater was leaking, starting to rust, and also a model that was apparently known to have issues. The contractors who built our house before we bought it also did not do a great job with…
Sammy did an excellent job replacing my old, leaking water heater. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly.
Very responsive, professional and friendly service. We came come from vacation to a broken water heater. They sent over Adan the same morning, who quickly diagnosed the issue and installed a new one same day. I would highly recommend and use again.

We had Saul and team come and replace an old water heater. This is a first time service call and the team was able to quickly replace the old unit same day. Nice, friendly and great communicating, and especially addressing our many inquiries and concerns.

Great communication and responded same day from when the parts came. Angel was very professional and provided great customer service.
Ricardo was so friendly and efficient. He even helped me save 50 gallons of water by filling my empty garbage cans with water instead of just letting it go down the drain. 3rd experience with this company and it’s really good.
Very friendly, informative, and helpful.

Elmer replaced my hot water tank, kitchen faucet and repaired a cast-iron rain gutter downspout. His quotes were fair, he was a pleasure to do business with. Great communication, worked around my schedule, did great work, very courteous and conscientious about cleaning up and taking care to not scratch any…
Great customer service from LB at Discount Plumbing. Water heater was replaced on the same day and within 3 hrs from the time we called.
Over a weekend recently, our hot water disappeared and it was apparent the hot water heater was on its last legs. A few frigid showers later, we were looking for a quick replacement. Discount Plumbing quickly responded and sent out technician Gilmar, who was terrific. He was able to quickly inspect and, after the…
They were prompt, efficient, reasonably priced and very patient as I coordinated with my landlord. Would definitely use again and recommend.
Great Service
Efrain came out on 4th of July to check out my busted water heater. He was super personable, explained everything clearly and carefully and promised he could come out the following day to replace the water heater. After agreeing to the quote, he promised to arrive first thing in the morning. He arrived around 9am…
Antonio was fast and good with communicating with us. Would use him again.
My experience about this place everyone had a good attitude...
Definitely did good work and the techs were professional. The price though was pretty high, especially for a company named Discount Plumbing. I am a contractor and I known what things cost, but in this case we needed a licensed plumber to do it right away. They did a good job, but they charged a lot for it.
Had a water heater pipe leak. Stephen came early. He did a fantastic job troubleshooting the issue and quickly fixed it. Was very responsive and painless.
The plumber was very professional and I appreciated his insight into the root cause of the failure of our water heater. He was able to replace it same-day and the workmanship looks great.
This was the best experience I've ever had with any home maintenance service. Arrived in less than an hour after the call, had all necessary parts, worked right through the lunch hour, left everything clean, and the price was more than fair. Wow! It doesn't get any better than this.
Very professional and knowledgeable! Nice working with Saul
Good workmanship
Amazing service!! Pontual, Clean and professional!
Sam was excellent! Very friendly, timely, and he did a great job! When asked for additional details regarding our quote vs. the out the door costs, he was happy to explain without hesitation. Would definitely recommend!
Mike was punctual and took care of replacing the water heater at a great price. I highly recommend.
Good service and communication throughout the process. And it was nice tho take advantage of the posted $300 discount.
Our plumber Antonio S. was great! Professional, courteous, and personable.
Highly Recommend this place!!! The customer service that I received from Mike and Rob was spectacular. I am glad that the company still believes in that good customer service. They were very communicative and explained what I needed to get done! The water heater installed works great, and I would definitely work with them again for any plumbing needs.
Ricardo was excellent. On time, good communication, fast service. He provided a walkthrough when all the work was done, and was very personable. I would highly recommend him
Did a tidy job. Nice guys too
