Carlos G was on time courteous and very efficient on our water heater descaling. Recommend highly
We need to get our water heater repaired and the technician that discount plumbing sent out, Tony L was professional and quick. We got a free estimate in the evening and Tony was back the next morning with the replacement part and had our hot water running again within a few hours. Would definitely call the company out again for any other plumbing issues.
Arrived on time, quoted price for water heater flush which I thought was high, so he offered a small discount. He performed the flushing. Professional & polite
Antonio was friendly, quick, efficient. Highly recommend.
Don’t use Google to contact and book. I made an appointment to get a new part installed (so I can get hot water back asap) through the text chatbot with confirmation and I waited 2+ hours and a no-show occurred. No human contacted me back even when I asked for updates on arrival. It was a huge waste of my time.
Ricardo was great! Super knowledgeable, kind, and explained exactly what needed to be done in a non- pressurized way. Will definitely use them again!
I called around 10:30 A.M., Yashua showed up around 11:00. I was able to replace my water heater within 3 hours. Yashua is an excellent technician. He communicates well and very efficient. I am very happy to have Yashua as my technician. I will use him again and would like to recommend Discount Plumbing to anyone who has water heater problems.
Carlos and Colt came by on time and had our water heater working in 30 mins and provided a lot of useful information about extending the service life of our water heater
Colt and Tony L showed up and got the job done! It was a complicated technical issue that took a lot of patience and attention to detail. While another plumber had pushed me to replace a perfectly good hot water heater, Tony L and Colt actually took the time to diagnose and resolve the issue. Very much appreciated!
We had a leaking water heater. Onan took care of it.

Simon was phenomenal in helping us identify issues and super professional. He fixed what was necessary and then Simon helped setting up their mold team to come out same day and make sure the water damage hadn’t resulted in anything worse. Scam business. Reached out to have my instant water heater fixed. They charged $550 and the only thing the plumber did was descale the unit. The unit still did not work and then they said it would be $200 more to continue to diagnose the problem. I called another service and they fixed it in 1 hour. They refused…
Stephen J. showed up, agreed with the work that needed to be done, and got it done. His work fixed all the concerns I had, and gave me a heads up on what future repairs to plan for.
