I highly recommend Discreet Pest and Wildlife. Jack spent nearly an hour listening to my story late on a weekend night. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped me map out a reasonable plan of action without pushing his services. Thank you Jack.
If you want professionalism and prompt response— choose Discreet Pest and Wildlife Services! I frantically called them at around 8pm or 9pm on the weekend and thankfully they are open 24/7. Jack was very informative on the phone and patient while I was having a mild panic attack. Apparently New England has outdoor roaches known as wood or field roaches. James was one of the techs that came to complete an outdoor spray around the home and indoor gel bait service and kindly confirmed what I had outside were field roaches (still eww), NOT German roaches. He even did my bathroom free of charge which was very nice seeing as my space is small and everything is close to each other. I was told this should keep the creepy crawlers out for 3-6 months, although I am hoping for a year. Since it’s only been a day, I can’t say if I notice results yet, but their customer service has been wonderful!
We had Carpenter ants as we are located next to a wooded area and Discreet Pest was able to take care of it almost immediately. Megan was our technician and did a great job and at a great price. What we liked the most was that we were not asked to purchase additional services or sign up for anything extra. They just handled what we needed and that was it. Super easy.
If i could give more than 5 stars I would. They turned a very stressful/scary situation into a worry free solution. A hornets nest formed in one of our mini split AC units attached to my sons room whose only 6 months. Middle of the night he got stung in the face (he’s fine thankfully). I called Discrete Pest and Wildlife and they came same day and not only took care of the hornets nest but audited the rest of my house and systems and treated any other areas that could be an issue in the future. Extremely kind thoughtful employees whose only concern was to make sure something like this wouldn’t happen again. Not the type of customer service you get from bigger companies which is why I’ll never switch providers. 5/5 10/10 gold star service all around. Highly recommend
Nick always does a great job! I had bees in 3 locations and within 2-3 days there were no bees coming in or out of any of the hole locations! I have 2 young boys and a neighborhood full of young kids outside playing at all times, the last thing I would want is for any of them getting stung while having fun in the yard. Thanks Nick!

I can’t recommend Discreet Pest and Wildlife enough. When fishing around for other companies to hire, no one was as responsive as Discreet. More importantly, no one could be on site to deal with our pest issues as quickly at Discreet. Jack has been so knowledgeable, reassuring, and thorough. Nick was awesome to work with, as well. You won’t regret working with them!

I could not recommend Discreet Pest and Wildlife enough! I contacted them about a hornets nest in my bushes at home and since I have a small dog it was a large concern. Nick, knowing how pressing it was, went out of his way to take care of the issue quickly, efficiently, and professionally! He also was sure to keep me updated with instructions on proper care for my pup to make sure she stayed away from the treated area. I will definitely be calling them again and again for any pest/wildlife issues I have in the future.
