First time going to Doc Auto. Dropped off my Jeep for A/C diag, the shop was very transparent with their findings and helpful with repair & parts options. I will be going back to them when I receive the part for the repair. It's not often anymore to get a sense of security and honesty at automotive repaired shops. Thank you!
I took my 2014 Ford Edge there twice Once to fix my a/c and then my fan. They provide excellent service, great repairs, and they're very friendly and upfront about everything. I couldn't ask for better service.
I come to this place Change Breake pads and rotors And Freon for A.C And I know them for 20 years ago great job Please everyone has problems with your car or truck This place is the one you can trust them And you will be happy at end Good job 10 plus

I made an appointment for a used vehicle to get diagnosis for check engine light. I explained there were a few things wrong and I want the vehicle looked over. When I arrived a few days later I am told the price is now double. Not to fix anything just to look $300. The person behind the counter was very rude and kept telling me I had an attitude. I was calm and respectful with my voice while the secretary was hostile, aggressive, and just plain rude. No matter how many times I asked what is next he just wouldn't let it go and as I am about to leave he refuses to service my vehicle. They might have amazing mechanics here. I will never know because the secretary is a gatekeeper with a little power he let go to his head. With 1,000 other mechanics in the area why deal with a dishonest rude company?
Mr. Ballsman We normally do not discuss the details of customers interactions publicly, but because your review does not accurately represent what occurred we feel some clarification is necessary. The price discussed when the appointment was made was for diagnosing check engine light. When you arrived you requested additional diagnostics/inspection work for multiple concerns with the vehicle. Additional diagnostics requires additional technician’s time which is why the price was different. More importantly we respectfully disagree with your description of the interaction. Our service advisor attempted to explain the situation to you, but your attitude towards him was followed by disrespect and profanity. At that point there was a decision made not to accept your vehicle for service. We understand that customers may not agree with pricing or became frustrated and that is perfectly acceptable. What we will not tolerate is abusive, disrespectful or profane behavior towards our employees. Declining services under those circumstances was a management decision and we stand by it . We wish you the best in finding a facility that meets your needs.
