We called to have a small stain on the arm of the chair removed and now the entire thing is streaked brown. There are chunks of debris all over the tile and shower…

From the beginning, Katy was great to work with and provided a clear, accurate quote for the services. Jeremy performed the work and did an excellent job from start to finish. He was very friendly, professional, and took the time to explain the entire cleaning process before getting started. He also confirmed the pricing upfront, and there were absolutely no hidden charges or surprises. Jeremy was extremely thorough in cleaning both the air ducts and furnace. He paid close attention to detail, worked efficiently, and left all areas spotless when the job was complete. I highly recommend Doc's of Denver, especially Katy who was easy to work with and Jeremy for his outstanding workmanship. Their professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail made this a great experience. 10 out of 10! 👏👏👏

It seems the equipment they used left these chunks or it's pieces of grout, but none it was there before, and David didn't bother to clean up after himself. There are also drip stains all over our wood floors from their equipment which David didn't mop up. Our carpet stains are still visible. Overall, extremely disappointed in the professionalism of this company and their services. We paid $617 and our Crate and Barrel chair is ruined. Do not use them.
