Dogtopia arranged an assessment before our first drop off day - it went a long way toward making us feel comfortable with the team/facility and having the Dogtopia team see how well our boy would blend with the pack. Great process, great staff and great outcome. Will be back.

We have been taking our dog (Maura) to Dogtopia for the past three months, and we have had a really great experience.
What stands out most is the staff. Everyone on the team is incredibly friendly, helpful, and clearly a genuine dog person. That is always reassuring when you are leaving your dog in someone else's care.
The location is also very convenient. It is right off Almaden Expressway, but just a couple of blocks into a quiet neighborhood, so it does not feel busy or noisy. Parking is easy, and the facility itself has a nice, calm feel and has never seemed overly crowded.
We recently left our dog with them for a two-week stay, and she seemed very happy and well cared for. One feature we especially appreciate is the cameras, which allow you to check in and see your dog while you are away. It gave us a lot of peace of mind during the longer stay.
Overall, we have been very happy with Dogtopia and, especially, the people who work there. It is clear that they genuinely enjoy being around dogs and care about the animals they look after. Highly recommended!
