Sicilians are not Italians, perfect example here. They don't even speak the same language. Stale overpriced baked goods. Assuming positive reviews are from people who do not know the quality they're missing. Read the honest negative reviews before considering the polite people afraid of confrontation and the requirement of a truthful review. Difficult to run a business like this at the level needed and also make a profit. Good luck to the owner.

If you’re craving a true taste of Italy right here in Colorado, you NEED to check this place out! 🇮🇹❤️ I ordered an assortment of cookies and cannoli for some clients, and WOW—what a treat! Every bite was absolutely delicious. These aren’t your typical corporate sweet treats. Everything is made from scratch with care, love, and that authentic Italian touch that makes you want to savor every bite. From the beautiful cookies and decadent pastries to the incredible cannoli, you can taste the difference. And it doesn’t stop at sweets—they also have homemade breads, sandwiches, coffee, and so much more. Whether you’re looking for something special for clients, a celebration, a gift, or just a well-deserved indulgence for yourself, this place is worth the visit! Fresh. Homemade. Authentic. Delicious. 🇮🇹 You can taste the craftsmanship in every bite— supporting a small business that puts that much care into what they make is worth every single penny. Wheat Ridge is lucky to have a little taste of Italy right here in Colorado! If you haven’t tried it yet, put this one on your list—you won’t be disappointed! ❤️🇮🇹

People must be desperate in Colorado if they think this place on the end of a strip mall next to a busy intersection is “oozing with charm” and has decent pastries!?! The cookies are not delicious and the chocolate eclair tastes like plastic or chemicals. The custard in the eclair is thick and dry. Nothing creamy about it. The choux dough was 100% stale and old. It’s also tiny for the price. Had it been a proper eclair made on the same day, the high price would have been OK if it was a delicious pastry. The cookies taste nothing like the same exact cookies you can find in quality Italian pastry shops in Massachusetts or Connecticut run by Italian families. Most Italian and French “pastry” shops in Denver or overpriced and very much overrated. Mexican panaderia have been the only consistent places for delicious cakes, cookies and custard donuts. The only decent custard cream or vanilla cream or fresh whipped cream we’ve had in Colorado over the past 18 months after being spoiled in Spain for a year and then Japan for over 25 years was a shop in Trinidad, CO where we were floored by the quality. 7-11 “choux cream” (cream puffs) & 7-11 eclairs in Japan would even blow away this “Italian” Bakery’s quality and technically, 7-11/ convenience store pastries in Japan are the bottom of the barrel. Poor people of Denver have to praise mediocre pastries.
