Hey David! Such a pleasure to meet you and help clear your beautiful property. I’m glad you got to see the value and savings in time and cost from someone with an extra large trailer and knows how to pack it right. Thank you for the opportunity and the nice review!
We are realtors and we flip homes. Our latest project in Carlsbad, where we used Evan at Done Deal Junk Removal. This property required a total cleanout from every cabinet, drawer, and closet in the interior, also through the garage and yard. Evan showed up with a trailer twice the size of junk haulers we’ve used before, got it done in half the time, did a nice cleanup of all the areas afterwards, and pressured washed around the exterior as well. It’s no wonder why Done Deal Junk Removal is so highly rated and recommended, we couldn’t be happier with the result and we are partnering with Evan from now on! We even scheduled him to do a garage organizing and deep cleaning project in our own home. Thank you Evan, I’m thrilled to team up with you in the future!
Hi Jamie! Thank you so much for always using me to clear your properties, I appreciate you. And I’m so happy to start your garage organizing project next week! I appreciate you supporting local business and the nice review. Thank you very much
We buy and flip homes all over North County San Diego- Carlsbad, Oceanside, Vista, San Marcos, Escondido, Bonsall, Fallbrook, Encinitas, Del Mar, and even Rancho Santa Fe. Evan at Done Deal Junk Removal was referred to us by multiple realtors, he showed up with an oversize trailer and was able to assist us with a total residential property clean out, and he made it happen in one day, taking everything in two loads what would have taken 4 to 5 loads in other junk removal trailers we’ve used before, and that I see driving around town. So he saved us a ton of time and moneyHe’s also doing a pressure washing job around that property, and we hired him to do a garage organizing/deep cleaning project in our own home! We’re so glad we found Evan, he is our go to guy, I highly recommend Evan at Done Deal Junk Removal

Evan is my go to whenever I need some junk hauled off. He has the biggest trailer I’ve ever seen which makes his projects get done in less trips which means less money for you. There’s no reason to look to anyone else, just hire Done Deal and it will be a done deal soon
