Alphonso was a true pro. He went beyond expectations and made sure the new wall mounted motor worked well and made any necessary adjustments along the way. In the future I will for sure use Door Dorks for any garage door needs and hope we get Alphonso assigned to our job. Happy New Year!
Awesome experience with these guys. Nathan came out and installed a new unit for our garage and did a great job!
I highly recommend Door Dorks. From my first contact all the way through the installation, everyone was kind, professional, and responsive. A special thank you to Gina, who helped us choose the perfect door and went above and beyond to get it installed quickly. We are very happy with our new door.
- Excellent customer service - I’ve gone to this company several times and consistently got terrific service. Specifically, this time it was Nathan C. who was professional, thorough and timely in fixing my garage door. I will always go back to them because I trust them and they provide professional experience at a fair price.
Well done!
Adam was fantastic! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and punctual. I feel like he did a great job and I will absolutely use Door Dorks again for any future repairs.
Matt and Nathan just installed a door at our home and we couldn't be happier. They did an excellent job on the install and they were very friendly and went over all the details and answered every question I had. Overall just a great experience with with Door Dorks.
Excellent service as usual from Door Dorks. Adam C. was awesome, did a great job, and communicated very well during the entire install process.
Nathan Casey at Door Dorks delivered outstanding service. He was professional, knowledgeable, and upfront from the start. We assumed our garage door would need to be replaced, but Nathan was able to repair it and get it working like new. His expertise and problem-solving skills truly stood out. We’re very grateful…
The new springs are in place but the door operation is not as silent as before. Its more noisy. Even as compared to tune-up done on old spring last week.
Very professional and honest service. Nathan not only installed my new garage motor, but identified an issue which was causing my garage door to not close evenly. I will return to them when I replace my garage door in the future!
I used Door Dorks to assess my failing garage door. The entire process was outstanding. Communication setting up appointment was smooth and clear. Adam arrived on time and provided expert analysis and service. I highly recommend using Door Dorks for any garage door related issues.
I’m also very happy with the service provided by Door Dorks. Several years ago they installed a new garage door and replaced garage door opener. Recently the spring broke so I scheduled service call on web site. The technician Adam was very helpful and provided several options for the repair, which included…
I was nervous that my garage door issue was going to cost me hundreds of dollars or more. Adam C. from Door Dorks identified the issue immediately and was able to repair it in under 20 minutes. It was a far cheaper fix than I anticipated. Adam also gave me the 411 on best practices with my garage door and…
These guys are solid. They respond quickly, have walked me through numerous issues, and have reasonable prices for their services. Shout-out to Nathan. He's the man.
Adam at Door Dorks performs top level, honest and straight forward service! Referred to Door Dorks through a friend. Requesting service/replacement for a broken spring on a garage door. Scheduled appointment was between 3 and 5pm: Adam came at exactly 3pm! This is highly appreciated as this shows that this…
What a fantastic experience! Our spring broke, and our neighbors gave us Door Dorks contact info because they had such a good experience themselves. Adam came out to help us, and I couldn’t be more pleased. He was professional, gave us pricing for the options available, gave the garage a little tune up, and got us…
Alfonso went above and beyond to make sure my garage door was serviced and working again. Thank you!
Great company. Great advice, customer service and good hearted company to work with. All others out there are not reputable.
Very happy with Adam, the technician that was sent to my house to replace the automatic garage door springs. He was very friendly and right on time! The service was a little pricey, but I got what I wanted and it was done quickly and very efficiently. I wii call them again, if I have the need.
Arrived on time, work done well and thoroughly.
Very professional technician and friendly. Explained everything to be done, and why Thank you Alfonso for a great job.
Matthew from Door Dorks assessed my garage door issue, thoroughly explained his findings, gave me two different options for repair, and showed me how to care for the newly installed part. He was very friendly, professional , and got the job done well. I would highly recommend Door Dorks.
Adam was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and quick, but thorough. My only less favorable comment would be that the selection of LiftMaster openers on Adam’s’ truck was too limited. The Premium model was all I had to choose from and was the top of the line opener so its price was also “premium”! It would have been…
This is the second time, in just over one year, we've had them come out (two different garage doors) and service has been equally great both times.
Adam was fantastic and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He explained everything that was going on with my garage door and fixed it. Now it’s working better than it ever has and I also have the piece of mind if something ever happens again I know who to call. Thanks Adam and the whole team over at Door Dorks!
Door Dorks came and knocked out two doors today. Extremely happy with the result. Toa and Jason did an amazing job and left the place clean after explaining the operation of the new Liftmaster. Love the quiet new operation and the look of the new doors.
Adam was knowledgeable and professional, effiecient and had my garage door working in no time.
Absolute amazing service!
Adam explained the problem, how he was going to fix it, offered his opinion on an upgraded spring. He installed the new parts and it was done. No BS.
Door Dorks and Matt were great. I made an appointment online on a Sunday for a repair and they sent Matt out to my house in less than 24 hours. He explained what was needed and the cost as well as doing a full tune up. Our garage door has not worked this smoothly for years!!! I highly recommend Door Dorks.
From the sales call to ordering to pricing to installation everything was professional and as promised. Fully recommended for new doors and for repair (which had about 2 years ago).
Matthew arrived on time as scheduled. He completed a full inspection and replaced the broken spring, which was less than 3 years old. Apparently, the last company, who replaced a broken spring had not put in the correct hardware, causing unbalance and the failure of one of the two springs in such a short time.…
Door Dorks sent Adam to perform our annual garage-door maintenance, and he was excellent. He quickly identified the issue, fixed it, and lubricated everything so the door runs quietly and feels like new again. I’d gladly recommend Adam and Door Dorks.
Adam did a great job with fixing our garage door problem. He performed a thorough inspection, clearly explained potential issues he found, and tuned up the garage door which made it run much smoother.
Great overall service from Adam C. On time, thoroughly completed work, very personable and walked through very thing.
I called this company to assess my garage door. They had Matthew come in the same day. He was so polite to ask if he could come earlier than the appointed window, then when he realized traffic was heavier than he thought, he was professional enough to send me a message of his new ETA. Thank you for valuing your…
I called Door Dorks and received same day service, repair, and replacement. Adam was great and provided timely and exceptional service. I will be using Door Dorks in the future!
Nathan Casey was absolutely great to work with. He inspected the garage door and motor throughly. He advised me on what parts needed to be replaced. He did the job quickly and cleaned up the area. I would recommend him to anyone. My garage door is working great now. Thank you!
Door Dorks are always on top of their game and price… they installed my door over a year ago and it was just needing a quick tune up and while at it I them install new quieter wheels. Always pleased and Matthew Knight, the technician for today, was a true professional! Go Matthew! 🇺🇸🫡
Matt Knight was prompt, polite, and made quick work of the repair. He was knowledgeable about the products he was installing and answered all my questions with a great attitude. More service technician could learn a lesson in customer service from Matt!!!
Installer, Matt Costa, was professional, friendly and obviously knew what he was doing. He made me confident I chose good with Door Dorks. My new opener is awesome! Highly recommend DD.
Had problem with sectional garage door buckling. Got appointments in just a few days. Matt came out and gave option of minor fix up to replacement of full door. I went with quick repair since new door may take 2-3 weeks. Matt didn’t have part, so he came back next day and in one hour fixed problem. Door is much…
Adam and Matthew were great! Very professional and courteous. They arrived within the time window, assessed the issue and made repairs in about an hour. I’ll definitely call them again if I need repair service or a new garage door.
Found an awesome garage door company. From Gina the sales person measuring to Jason and Tao the process was seamless for my custom garage door. Love the name too.
Matt did an outstanding job replacing the back-up battery in my door opener along with the aging set of springs. His professionalism, expertise and attention to detail were very much appreciated. He took great care moving things around so he could do the work and he even left the area cleaner than when he found it!…
Adam C was excellent! He was super informed and explained everything thoroughly. He didn’t come across like a salesman at all, rather he was an expert giving all the information he could so the best decision could be made. I would highly recommend Door Dorks and I’d ask for Adam, he was a straight shooter and all around good guy.
Adam showed up early after asking if we were available then, which we were pleased to have him arrive then. Well informed about the repair and our garage door now works like a well oiled machine. New springs and we are set to go!
Easiest service call. Adam was polite, on-time, knowledgeable and extremely fast to repair our garage door. Fantastic experience from start to finish. Highly recommended! Thank you, Adam & Door Dorks!
Matt C was an awesome technician! Very pleased with our new garage door opener. Happy days ahead 😊
Aaron just came by and solved my garage door issues very quickly. He did not try to upsell me and was very pleasant to interact with. These guys run a good business.
Excellent experience. Adam was awesome to work with and very thorough and transparent throughout the service process. Would recommend to friends and family.
We had an excellent experience with Door Dorks. Our garage door stopped working, and they responded quickly and sent Adam out the next day. He was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. He diagnosed the problem right away, explained our options, and had it fixed/replaced with a new one within an…
Jason and Nathan installed our garage door today. It looks amazing, they were fast, efficient and quiet! They explained all of the features and helped me set it all up. Would highly recommend them! (Shout out to Matt who gave us the consultation and helped “fix” our door until we could get a new one replaced!)
Jason and Tao did a great job installing and arrived right as scheduled. Gina was a great resource helping me find just the right new door! Thank you Door Dorks! :)
Recently I used Door Dorks for the first time when my garage door was noisy and was not running smoothly. Nathan was my tech and he delivered excellent service. He immediately diagnosed the problem and promptly fixed it and answered all my questions. I was very happy with my Door Dorks service.
My garage door would not close so I called Door Dorks and they were able to schedule a tech that afternoon. Nathan was able to access the problem right away. He assured me the door and motor were in great shape but some other major items needed replacing. I had no idea certain parts wore down! He walked me through…
Nathan was on time, respectful and professional
Needed a new seal on my 20ish year old martin garage door. am a fairly handy/diy friendly individual, but this seemed like something that a pro was definitely best for. Jay answered the phone right away, gave me an initial quote and scheduled a visit for the following day. Adam arrived in the expected scheduled…
We had a great experience with Door Dorks, who we hired to replace our garage door. Gina was very helpful in presenting options, and I appreciated that she encouraged us to save money by keeping our existing opener since it is still in good shape. We received multiple quotes and found that Door Dorks had the most…
From the first phone call with Jay until the last minute Nathan was here I was thoroughly pleased and taken care of. My concerns were heard with the damage my door had sustained and worries of if it was will within the dorks realm of offerings. Nathan fixed every issue with apparent ease and a humble confidence.…
Great service very happy 😊
Adam was right on time, presented me with repair/replace options for my broken opener, and did an excellent job on the repair
Great installation. Adam was quick, courtesy and friendly. Thank you.
Great job very professional
Adam Carcione was awesome. He was really knowledgeable and didn’t try to over sell anything. I felt like he was honest and he did a great job. I’ll definitely call them back with any other garage door issues.
Called for an emergency repair because my garage door spring had broken and couldn’t get cars out of the garage. Was able to get service same day (within 45 mins). Jason and his team were super helpful and very fast at completing the work. Had a great experience and will use Door Dorks again!
Jason and Toa showed up on time, installed our new door in a shorter timeframe than expected and were incredibly professional. They answered all questions and made maintenance suggestions (silicone spray for springs and rollers, etc). Super easy to do business with. I am a returning client and will continue to be.
Matthew was great, only issue is he could not get the cars open/shut syncretized with GDO
Sent help request on Yelp for a badly frayed garage door opener belt and got 5 or 6 replies but the one from Door Dorks was the only one that suggested contacting the manufacturer (Liftmaster) who provides lifetime guarantee. I called the number they provided and Liftmaster shipped a new belt. Adam Carcione was…
Super happy I found this place! Nathan was super friendly and knowledgeable and fixed my door quickly. I will definitely call Door Dorks again if I need service.

Adam was great. Arrived on time, through explanation of the issue, repair was done quickly and we’re back in business. Thank you.
I called after hours freaking out cause my garage door wouldn’t open and I couldn’t get into my house. 30 min later - I got a call from Nathan saying he was 15 min out. He came and did a full inspection and realized I needed new springs. He gave a couple options with price and after I approved - work was completed…
Great service and professionalism. Nathan showed up right at the beginning of the service window and was very clear and concise regarding my options and recommendations for service. Will gladly use Door Dorks again.
Nathan did a great job installing a new unit and springs. He was thorough in explain everything to me and quick! I've been very happy from scheduling and on time arrival to completion.
Great job overall. Fast, responsive and quick. Garage doors broke on Friday and everything was fixed by Saturday. Matthew was very professional, on time, and explained everything in detail. Overall work highly recommend in the future.
Nathan was amazing! He explained exactly what was wrong, gave me all of my options, and executed perfectly. Not only that, but he adjusted the door so that it is much quieter as well. Extremely professional. I highly recommend them.
Adam, professional, got job done quickly. Will recommend Door Dorks to others.
Nathan quickly diagnosed and repaired our problem. Very friendly and professional.

I had a broken spring on my garage door. Called Door Dorks and I'm very satisfied with the job they did.
Quick response. Came out the next day. Gave me all my repair options. No hard selling. Went above and beyond, not just fixing the broken opener but servicing the door itself. Alfonso was professional and friendly, explaining everything clearly and making sure I was completely satisfied. I definitely recommend.
Great service. Nathan was terrific and came out the next day. He carefully assessed the problem and did the cheapest fix. Plus he is a super nice guy. Great company we have used them for many years
We called to get our broken garage door repaired on a Saturday afternoon. We were told a technician would arrive in 30 minutes, and he did. Matthew was polite and knowledgeable. He had parts needed on the truck and fixed the door. Yay!
Nathan from DoorDorks was very courteous, patient, and very professional. He was able to answer all my questions during the whole process. Great job!
Adam was wonderful! Super friendly, knowledgeable and was able to repair our garage door. He gave us good tips and showed us how we can continue to care for our garage doors to keep them up and working. Have used Door Dorks 3 times now and would absolutely recommend not only Door Dorks but also Adam to anyone.
Our (very unreasonable) HOA made us replace our entire garage door over a cosmetic dent. Door Dorks was hands-down the most professional company we dealt with when looking for estimates. Adam did a great job assessing the door and making recommendations to save us the most money possible. When the new door was…
Matt from Door Dorks was awesome! Did a great job and was fast and friendly! I would use them again without a doubt! A+
Our garage door is very loud, even with regular lubrication. It has woken up our son during those precious nap times, so we needed to make sure that we addressed this issue as soon as possible. After searching on our local San Marcos FB groups, many recommended Door Doors. Adam C. came out to check out our situation…
Matt Costa notified me of his arrival time, which was "on time" per what the scheduler said when I called yesterday. Matt gave me a quote after checking out the issue and upon my approval proceeded to repair my door. Matt is friendly and professional while at the same time concerned about getting the job done…
