We hired the uncle to do a little work and it was scary how bad it was. Caution!
They didn't help me it was all about the money and not making sure the job was done and in a rush to collect/$85 per hour and dragged out that day. Leaving water leaking on second floor and on first floor/Still no heat./also the receptionist will hang up the phone on you if you call in for them to come back out to go over anything.
Prompt and excellent service. Came and repaired a complex hvac problem within a few minutes. We will be using Downs from now on and highly recommend to others!

Recently had a burst water line. Eli was the technician who came and did the service work. Eli was very professional and had great communication in person and also when communicating on the phone. He got our issue fixed in a very timely manner, was very knowledgeable & skillful. Very happy with the work Eli provided while on the service call.

Seriously the best service I’ve ever had

WIN: Person answers phone and if you leave message they get back to you. WIN: They show up when they say they will or communicate when they will be there. WIN: Listened to my concerns. Problem identified, and price quoted. WIN: Fix the issue; looks like original work; SUPER a professional; immaculate clean after they are finished. The talent of fixing your HVAC plus solid customer service is HUGE.
