We've used Drain Man Plumbing a few times over the years (starting with a water service installation when a cement truck backed over the old cast iron pipe and cracked it). Excellent service each time - we'll definitely use them again!

A few years ago, I came home from an out-of-town trip to find that the water main shut off started dripping when I turned it back on. I was afraid it could turn into a flood, so Elliot made an emergency visit & stopped the leak. Recently, and after getting an estimate, Tyler did the work and replaced 5 shut off…

Elliott found our outside drain problem, showed it to us via a camera and explained the problem thoroughly. He was very professional and offered to be our advocate by talking to the town so we can work together to solve the problem. Our issue is on its way to being resolved. Eric was great. We really appreciate that he was able to fit us into his schedule since it was not an emergency. We will gladly use Eric again if the need arises
We have worked with Elliott for over a decade and he is one of the most honest and straghtforward professionals you will find in any field. He takes the time to explain what the issue is, is fair in pricing and his work always holds up. As long as Elliott is in the field he will have our business.
