Mike has been wonderful! We bought a house and had a few plumbing surprises. He fixed all of them quickly and reasonably! We had a hot water heater installed, a gas line installed for a dryer, water and drain moved to move the washer and dryer, and a battery backup sump pump installed. We LOVE the quiet sump pump, the old one kept waking the whole house up!

Why is Mike Dunham a LIFE SAVER? The Greg and Heidi Story. For the past week, given all the rain we have been having, we began having trouble with our Sump Pump system. It was installed about 7 years ago with the biggest pump and a back up pump with a battery. The pump would work but would not shut off. I took off the cover and tried to fix by lifting the pump at the PVC joint. The pump would then stop and it was okay for a day. Then it began again a day later, I place another piece of material on top of the two bricks the original guy had place under the pump when he put the back up in. It worked for a day. Then the endeavor began. On Thursday I worked until 1:30 in the morning trying to place and lift the pump to work so it would shut off. It worked, but would go back to not shutting off after about an hour or so. Friday, I thought I had it by securing the PVC piping to the Radon PVC and placing a weight on the cover. It worked for a while. But once again it would go for a while and then not shut off, obviously the lift switch was not working. When the pump would pump the water out, which was coming in so fast it was crazy, the pump would spray all over and not shut off. I slept downstairs on Friday night, and was up 4 times trying to get it to work for more than 30 minutes or so. Finally at 7:00 on Saturday morning, I tried to once again lift the pump, but everything came apart, the pump came off in my hands and I was in big trouble. I called Mike, and he said he'd been getting calls since 6:30 in the morning. He said he had one pump system left, but had promised it to his neighbor. When I told him, Heidi and I were bailing water just to keep it from going into our finished basement, basement, he said he'd call the guy he promised it to and see what he could do. He got back to me and said he was on his way. It was an emergency situation, and Heidi and I were literally bailing water with buckets and plastic waste baskets. Mike came around 10:00-only an hour after I called him. We hooked up two of his pumps and long hoses out to our back yard. It was obvious the drain were bailing water down just came back to the sump hole all the way from the corner of the house. Mike was able to tear out the old system, which was not done correctly in the first place, and put in the complete new system with the water pouring into the sump area like crazy. It was amazing to watch him work and the methods he used to put the new system in. It was messy but he did it very professionally. Great guy. We would have had NO OTHER CHOICE AND WOULD HAVE BEEN REALLY UP THE CREEK, HAD IT NOT BEEN FOR MIKE COMING TO OUR RESCUE. He said the old pump had broken completely off at the base and the water was coming so fast the old back up couldn't keep up. The new system is excellent and pumps 4000 gallons an hour, and the back up pump which is enjoined with the big pump, not separate, can keep up as well. Mike said he doesn't install any other systems because their not warrantied as well and not as powerful. Mike truly was amazing and saved us from a crisis of having water all over in our basement. Thank you Mike not only for being a plumber who really knows his business and what he's doing, but also for being a great guy and a guy who changed everything he was doing on a Saturday to come and save us. Not just 5 stars to you buddy, by 10 stars. We've used Mike for other services as well that other guys, from the prior owner of our house had used and screwed things up, like all of our outdoor faucets, and bathroom faucets that were hooked up incorrectly. He has always been a true professional and more than we expected as being a plumber we can trust. THANK YOU MIKE FOR BEING OUT LIFE SAVER TODAY!!! YOU DESERVE EVERY BUCK YOU MAKE-A GUY OF KNOW WHO, INTEGRITY, AND HONESTY.

We recently moved into our new home in White Caps, and finding someone you can trust is always a bit nerve wracking. Enter Mike. I cannot recommend him highly enough! He is truly an artist of his craft. We had a few issues when we moved in but he handled them with surgical precision using only high quality parts! What impressed me most was how neat and tidy he was. He left the workspace cleaner than he found it. His work is impeccably organized.
