The best repair/replacement service I have ever received since becoming a homeowner. I wish they could do more of our upcoming projects outside of our garage.
Fantastic experience from start to finish. Jose Zuluaga was professional, confident, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. My first call with Durable set the tone, and Jose’s work only reinforced how reliable your team is. Thank you for such excellent service.

Working with Durable Doors is always a pleasure. They installed my garage door a couple of years ago and I needed a minor repair today. I was able to get service on short notice, always a plus! Elesvan was our technician, very kind and courteous and did a great job. We had a great experience from the team that took our call, from scheduling, estimating and getting the work done. I would suggest them to anyone who needs garage or other door / specialty maintenance they may need.
Tyler was the Technician who came to my house. He was very knowledgeable about what was wrong with my keypad. He did an excellent job and was extremely professional.
I'm very unhappy with this company. Do not use Durable Door for replacement of your garage door springs, pulleys and cables unless you want them to operate like mine do in the attached video. Durable installed new springs, pulleys and cables for me in November of 2024 for $500. I had them come out in April of…
I would highly recommend Durable Door. They returned my call promptly and scheduled an appointment for the same day. Steve, the technician showed up during the window of time given and texted when he was en route. Steve was friendly, knowledgeable and offered advice on upkeep. I’m very pleased and would encourage…
Our home's garage door was in need of serious repair - it would not open! When I called Durable Door I left a phone message, they called me back within the hour on a Friday afternoon. Tyler at Durable Door was honest, very knowledgeable & helpful. He gave us good advice on how to best deal with our underlying garage door issue.
Fast, efficient and professional.
I cannot thank Jen, Steve and the owners of Durable Doors enough for your collective efforts on my behalf this week. After I made the critical error of contacting a company I mistakenly thought was DD, I was devastated to realize I had been targeted by a scam. When my husband and I reviewed the inflated invoice,…
Our shop door was hit and property owner called Durable Door. TM showed up and got us functioning again. Very professional and prompt. Do yourself a favor and call them. Thank me later!
We have used Durable Door in the past and had a new need at a different house so we ordered another. The installation team took the time to explain all aspects of working the doors. I thought they were professional but also personable and it was enjoyable watching them work, I learned a lot. They are a credit to the Durable Door family.
Amazing service: they dis everything they had agreed to + helped me setup the remotes, the outside controls, and the app!

What could have been a complicated install turned into a seamless…
Steve just completed door spring repairs. The repair needed two separate appointments to order parts. His work was completed on time, neat and presented himself professionally including explaining maintenance tips.
Had a great experience with Durable Doors. Tyler came out, diagnosed the issue, and walked me through the problem with a few different options to fix it. Will and Diego handled the installation and took the time to explain everything about the new motor. For both visits they showed up at the exact time it was…

Five stars for Jose Zuluaga. Amazing service - fast, punctual, professional, knowledgeable and great personality. He went above and beyond simply installing a new garage door motor by recommending lubricating the door mechanism every three months. He even helped me pick out the lubricant from Amazon. Jose takes true pride in his craftsmanship.
I’ve checked many companies before acquiring a replacement of garage door with Durable Door and definitely positive I’ve made a right choice. I’m the one who doesn’t just believe reviews but conformably making decisions. Very good and reliable company. Juan and Jose professional installers and definitely know what…

Both Juan Gonzalez & Elesvan Rojas came to my house in the last week to fix my garage door and both were very professional. They were very transparent with what was going on with the garage door and made the entire process seamless. If anyone is looking to get their garage door fixed you can't go wrong with either technicians.
Steve Montuori performed an outstanding job on both our garage doors! Without replacing any parts, he fixed and polished everything nicely from the bad malfunctioning condition.
