Elesvan was our technician, very kind and courteous and did a great job. We had a great experience from the team that took our call, from scheduling, estimating and getting the work done. I would suggest them to anyone who needs garage or other door / specialty maintenance they may need.
Tyler was the Technician who came to my house. He was very knowledgeable about what was wrong with my keypad. He did an excellent job and was extremely professional.
I'm very unhappy with this company. Do not use Durable Door for replacement of your garage door springs, pulleys and cables unless you want them to operate like mine do in the attached video. Durable installed new springs, pulleys and cables for me in November of 2024 for $500. I had them come out in April of…

Fast, efficient and professional.
I cannot thank Jen, Steve and the owners of Durable Doors enough for your collective efforts on my behalf this week. After I made the critical error of contacting a company I mistakenly thought was DD, I was devastated to realize I had been targeted by a scam. When my husband and I reviewed the inflated invoice,…
Our shop door was hit and property owner called Durable Door. TM showed up and got us functioning again. Very professional and prompt. Do yourself a favor and call them. Thank me later!

Five stars for Jose Zuluaga. Amazing service - fast, punctual, professional, knowledgeable and great personality. He went above and beyond simply installing a new garage door motor by recommending lubricating the door mechanism every three months. He even helped me pick out the lubricant from Amazon. Jose takes true pride in his craftsmanship.

Jose and Juan were terrific! They came on an extremely cold day but displayed friendliness despite the frigid temperature. They worked efficiently and cleaned up wonderfully. Highly recommend!
It's hard to find a qualified local service company to repair an overhead door. I had a guy show up and quote me a $700 "refurbishment package" without ever laying a hand on the door. Another drove up in an unmarked truck, had never heard of the company I actually called, and told me he worked for "local garage door…
