Elesvan was our technician, very kind and courteous and did a great job. We had a great experience from the team that took our call, from scheduling, estimating and getting the work done. I would suggest them to anyone who needs garage or other door / specialty maintenance they may need.
Tyler was the Technician who came to my house. He was very knowledgeable about what was wrong with my keypad. He did an excellent job and was extremely professional.
I'm very unhappy with this company. Do not use Durable Door for replacement of your garage door springs, pulleys and cables unless you want them to operate like mine do in the attached video. Durable installed new springs, pulleys and cables for me in November of 2024 for $500. I had them come out in April of…

I cannot thank Jen, Steve and the owners of Durable Doors enough for your collective efforts on my behalf this week. It's hard to find a qualified local service company to repair an overhead door. I had a guy show up and quote me a $700 "refurbishment package" without ever laying a hand on the door.
