Earlier this year, I got some sad news when I found out that the plumber I worked with for many years had passed away. I ended up hiring East Philly Plumbing & Heating for two jobs, one of them a major pipe replacement in my basement. It was a difficult, complicated job that required skillful maneuvering and…
My daughter was satisfied with the service provided..
These plumbers are amazing! I needed a total new outside sewer line in a historic area with cobble stone streets. They handled all of the permitting and scheduling and inspectors from city so smoothly. Their work is neat and professional. It was such an involved job but they handled it seamlessly and professionally. I highly recommend them!
East Philly arrived on time. They were very professional. The work was done quickly. They cleaned up very nicely and the price was very reasonable. I definitely recommend this company for any of your household plumbing projects
These guys are awesome. Let me list all the reasons why. First, they’re knowledgeable. Mike understood exactly what I was talking about when I described a piping issue that another contractor couldn’t diagnose. Second, they’re responsive. They called back when they said they would and had someone out the next day.…
I have been consistently using these guys for about a year for several projects in my rental. They come out fast and are very fair priced.
Great experience! I had my HVAC serviced and front hose repaired by East Philly and they did a great job. Clean, professional service and a great price. Don't hesitate to use them!
Nightmare experience. Cut a whole in my ceiling, charged me $250 for 11 minutes of work. Never reached out again. I chased down a connection for 7 days. Each day I received assurances they would get back to me. No one called me back until I called to let them know I was moving on. Given that this was a plumbing…
James and Mike were amazing! They came the same day I called with an emergency pipe leaking in my basement. They were also able to fix additional issues that we had (and didn’t even know about). Highly recommend these guys.
Great service! Came out next day, resolved problem! Would recommend anytime!
They were very nice and completely the work and explained and showed me what was done
Called them at 9 am to fix a leak on the main drain of my house. They were here and fixed it and gone by 1030! Tim was great and explained everything thoroughly. Would definitely recommend.
Highly recommended! A pipe burst in the middle of the night right before a severe storm, and this team saved the day. Mike was fantastic to work with over the phone and James arrived to handle everything within the hour. Their team was attentive, professional, and caring throughout the process. Highly recommended for any plumbing needs.
