Complete pond cleaning, plant removal, pond component inspection, reconfiguration of sones and liner. The biggest thing was finding the source of leaking and fixing it. This has been a problem for years!
Our experience with Easton has been first-rate. Frank has consistently demonstrated a firm grasp of pond design and build, as well as plant selection. Easton's maintenance program has kept our pond in pristine condition. Overall, Easton has earned our highest recommendation. Carl and Cindy
Frank and his team from Easton Outdoors did a masterful job cleaning and restoring my large water feature, which I had neglected for a number of years. Theirs was not an easy task, so I was pleasantly surprised at the exceptional results they achieved in a short time. They cleared excess vegetation from in and…
We are so happy for Frank to come out to maintain our pond. He is always reviewing how-to’s of caring for the pond, giving tips and suggestions. He is very thorough. He checked my pond systems: replaced fluid in the dosing system, reset the lighting, cleaned the filter pad in skimmer, cleaned debris and algae from…
We are thrilled we found Easton Outdoors for our pond clean out and maintenance. We have had several companies over the past 20 plus years do a clean out and not one of them came close to the fantastic job Frank did resulting in a crystal clear pond and waterfall. We Found him to be very thorough and took great…
I wanted to add koi to my pond but had difficulty locating any local sources. In, addition, of the ones I did find only Easton returned my call. Everyone I spoke with was very helpful and referred me to Frank who bent over backwards to work with me. My business for them was minuscule compared to the beautiful…
We (morningview HOA) had Easton come out to check the pumps as they were showing low pressure. Frank checked each pump and they both needed cleaning. Also the fountain sprayer was covered with algae. He cleaned all three and we had good pressure from both pumps. He was responsive and effective. They will be our go…
Frank and the Easton Outdoors crew have serviced my fancy goldfish pond for 5 years. He and the crew completely clean the entire pool, assist and discuss pond care, chemical needs, and has replacement nets for keeping unwanted predators out. I have been completely satisfied with the service and the cost is in line…
My pond was recently cleaned by Frank of Easton Outdoors. Wow! It looks great! It used to be green with a lot of algae. Now I can see the rocks around the shelf. They came and got the job done pretty quick. Very considerate of my plants I have around my pond. I have to give them 5 ⭐️s!
Today was my first experience with Easton Outdoors and I must say it was a pleasure. We have had this pond since 2017 and managed to kill two pumps in that time. Frank knew what I wanted and worked to install the right size pump for my pond and the way I wanted it to look. He was professional and treated me with…
Frank and his helper did a great job cleaning out our pond of overgrown brush, saplings and debris. We also have a creek that they cleaned out and it looks phenomenal!
Easton drained and cleaned my pond quickly and all looks great. They reclaimed my pond water and reused that saved on water bill.
Very communicative, professional, affordable, and efficient! Looking forward to spending time at our refreshed pond.
Thank you very much for helping my fish. I enjoy them a lot and it is nice to see their climate so clean to allow them to thrive. You really had your hands full with my pond this year. The fountains are excellent, the fish love the shade sail, and I can see all my fish in the pond now that you cleaned everything,…
Frank Council of Easton Outdoors, just performed the annual pond cleaning of my Koi pond. My pond was installed approximately 10 years ago and annually I’ve had it cleaned by the so-called pond gurus in the Hampton Roads area that I paid rather well but never received the thorough cleaning that was performed by…
Frank cleaned my pond this week and did a great job. He carefully removed the koi and placed them safely in nearby holding tanks. Checked all filter material for integrity, treated the pond with the appropriate chemicals once the power washing was done.Cleaning the pond was done expertly and in a timely manner. The…
Amazing service as always. Frank does an amazing job and is genuinely one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Wonderful company to do business with.
Frank and his team came on time and did a wonderful job taking care of my pond. They treated the fish gently and carefully, cleaned the rock and lining exceptionally. I was very pleased with their work! Frank used a power washer to clean the pond liner and rocks as well as the water fall! I asked to have my existing…
Original company built a beautiful pond but the liner on the water fall was incorrectly installed. Easton Outdoors completely rebuilt the waterfall and it's beautiful and done correctly. They also completely cleaned the pond. I mean COMPLETELY! It's beautiful. This is an addition to my previous post. Since then…
Outstanding Job Frank from Easton Outdoors! - My Pond Issue: Leak - My Attempt to Resolve: I investigated all areas of my pond that presented a leak vulnerability. I narrowed it down to possibly the waterfall spillway where I added some foam. However, this didn't fix the leak. - Frank to the Rescue: Frank found…
Update: 11/25 We truly appreciate the time and care Frank and his team put into maintaining our water feature and lighting throughout the year. Their attention to detail and consistency makes such a difference. Highly recommend! We have been repeat customers for the past 7 years. Easton Outdoors has turned our…
I purchased a home with a pond and knew absolutely nothing on how to maintain it. I called the folks at Easton who were so kind and patient with me as I did my best to explain size and type of my pond and need of service. When cleaning day came, Frank spent so much time making sure everything was perfect...from…
TJ and the crew provided great service and were extremely professional. They didn’t cut any corners and were eager to address our needs and concerns. It is challenging to receive an email response or a returned phone call to coordinate services. Their work is great if they do choose to reply to correspondence and keep their scheduled appointment.
We've used Easton Outdoors to clean our pond and they were out this week to diagnose and repair a leak in the water feature. They were timely, responsive, quickly found the problem (fastenings at the top of the spillover had come lose and water was draining behind it into the ground) and had it fixed in a little…
I have been a DIY pond owner for more than 25 years, starting with a small prefab pond kit and then digging a bigger hole and laying down a store-bought liner. I’ve patched that liner about a dozen times in the last 15 years. My pond was in serious need of refreshing and improved filtration. It was time to enlist…
Frank was extremely professional. Performed excellent quality and followed up to ensure everything was in order
After using another maintenance service for many years who only serviced/cleaned out our pond once a year, Easton Outdoors was a welcomed change. Easton outdoors provides an exceptional service. They have quality employees that are kind and knowledgeable. Frank and his crew came out to do a spring cleaning on our pond that had been abandoned for a while before we bought the house and changed out the liner for the waterfall feature as mice had chewed some holes in it. Friendly and professional crew picture shown is before the water cleared up
I used Easton Outdoors to remove a pond that I no longer wanted. Frank and his team were very responsive when scheduling an initial consultation and determining the demo day. On the day of the demo Frank notified me that they were on the way and when they would be arriving. They did a great job performing the work.…

Easton is a top notch company that really cares about the customer! I am thrilled with the patio and water feature they installed. I also had a wide variety of plants, landscaping and lighting added. Their care and attention to detail is wonderful!
Frank and his crew replaced a leaking fiberglass pond with with a new lined pond. Additionally they redesigned my small waterfall with a larger, higher rock waterfall feature with added pumps, filters and extended a dry riverbed to encompass the pond. My experience with Easton Outdoors was exceptional from the very…
Frank and the Easton Outdoors crew completely remodeled our outdoor pond recirculating system after we moved in 2021. They installed a new skimmer system which greatly reduced daily and weekly maintenance I had to perform. They have cleaned the pond the last two years and also helped me supply fish and protect them…
Professional and stand behind their work. I had my Koi pond rebuilt and they accidentally cut an electric line to my pool. After a couple of tries to repair the line they sent out an electrician to replace the line. Not all companies would do that. I use them to maintain my pond at is always clear. I highly recommend this company.
Frank with outdoor has been my go to for my 2 koi ponds for several years. he has also helped with my outdoor lighting. I highly recommend them for outdoor work!!
very pleased with the original design and installation. We didn't realize how important regular maintenance was. TJ shows up when scheduled and puts in extra effort to make sure that things are clean and running well. We highly recommend Easton Outdoors.
