Wasn’t sure if I had bed bugs so had Eco DC come out to check. Did a thorough inspection. Didn’t end up finding any signs of bugs so no additional services needed. But Eco DC was responsive and efficient.
Timely, friendly service. Used them twice and can’t recommend a better experience!

I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience with Eco Bug! From start to finish, their customer service was absolutely exceptional! Jared was literally INCREDIBLE! He made what could have been an incredibly stressful situation feel so seamless and manageable. The team was able to address my concerns incredibly quickly, including steaming my car, and made sure everything was handled thoroughly and professionally. Eco was very responsive and knowledgeable and helped us quickly address the issue. They were very easy to work with and the treatment was effective. I hope to not have to deal with this issue again but if I do I would absolutely reach out to them again!
