The tech in question is an extremely conscientious person and if in the course of your treatment the latch was not set, her, and we out our apologies. We were not aware that there was a first event and of course we will not for the service received. I BARELY leave reviews, however I love this company and taking 2 minutes out my day to leave them one is worth it. This company is patient and understanding. My initial technician is my favorite. He was just so kind and understanding. He was personable and great at his job. I have had 2-3 other technicians who are pleasant as well .I definitely recommend this company.
