ECP - Elite Cleaning and Pressure LLC

Hi Leah, We appreciate your acknowledgment of the outstanding cleaning services we've provided over the past several months. However, we would like to clarify a few important details regarding your review. Throughout our time servicing your home, we made every effort to accommodate your specific preferences, including additional tasks that fall outside our standard cleaning services. For example, our team voluntarily assisted with detailed bed-making arrangements, following specific instructions, despite this not being a service we normally provide. We did so as a courtesy because we genuinely care about our customers and strive to go above and beyond whenever possible. However, after evaluating the level of customization and additional expectations involved, we determined that our cleaning services were no longer the appropriate fit for your particular needs. Approximately one week before your scheduled Friday appointment, we sent you a text message notifying you that we would no longer be providing cleaning services. Therefore, this was not a situation where our team simply failed to show up without communication. We respect that every customer has different expectations, but we also believe in being transparent about the services we offer and what falls outside our scope of work. At ECP – Elite Cleaning & Pressure LLC, we take pride in providing professional, detailed, and reliable residential and commercial cleaning services. We stand behind the quality of our work and the professionalism of our team. We appreciate the opportunity we had to care for your home and wish you the best.

Hi Darrisa, we’re sorry to see this review, but we would like to clarify what occurred. Your cleaning was scheduled approximately one month in advance, so our team reached out multiple times to confirm your appointment, including approximately one week before the scheduled date and again 24 hours beforehand. Unfortunately, we did not receive confirmation from you. Because we reserve dedicated time on our schedule for each customer, we cannot continue holding an appointment that has not been confirmed. After our attempts to reach you went unanswered, the appointment was canceled. We would also like to clarify for anyone reading this review that no cleaning service was ever performed, so this review does not reflect the quality of ECP Cleaning’s cleaning services or workmanship. We take communication, reliability, and the quality of our work very seriously, and we regret that there was a misunderstanding regarding the confirmation of your appointment.
