Alex has some top notch communication skills and it made the process go so smooth. One of the few repairs they did on my audi ended up requiring a lot more…
Car troubles are always suck, but Eden made it much more tolerable. No auto shop has ever been so kind and patient through the entire process. They did a great job on my car & were overall really great to work with.

I went in for an estimate for a simple repair. They charged me $147 to tell me what I told them was wrong when I brought it in. Then they added $8.00 to the invoice for shop supplies. They charged me for shop supplies to give me an estimate. Unbelievable! Response: I was not presented with 2 options as stated in the business' response. It was $129 for the estimate. I am a experienced mechanic and am 75 years old and did not want to tackle the job myself. But after that experience I did do it myself. The hose they claimed leaked was perfectly fine. They want over $400 to replace a hose that was not needed. As far as the shop expenses go, let me know before you charge me for something I had not agreed to. How would you like it if McDonalds charge you $8 to clean the parking lot without telling you.

When you came into the shop, you explained that you had a power steering fluid leak and believed the power steering pump might be the source, although you weren’t completely certain. We provided you with two options: if you were confident the pump was the issue, we could provide an estimate for replacement; alternatively, if you wanted to confirm the source of the leak first, we offered to perform a proper inspection and diagnostic test for $129 before tax. You chose to have the vehicle inspected before moving forward with any repairs. During the inspection, we performed a comprehensive evaluation of the vehicle and specifically focused on the power steering leak. Because there was a significant amount of fluid throughout the area, we cleaned the affected components so we could accurately identify the source of the leak. We determined that the power steering pump was leaking from the front seal and also identified a separate leak at a hose connection. We then provided you with estimates for addressing those issues. We also want to clarify the $8 shop supplies charge mentioned in your review. Shop supplies cover materials used during the inspection and service process, including items such as brake cleaner, rags, and other consumables required to properly diagnose and clean the affected area. This is a standard charge associated with the work performed. Ultimately, we provided the options and pricing before beginning the diagnostic work, and you chose to proceed with the inspection so the source of the leak could be properly identified. We believe we followed the process we discussed with you and provided the information and options necessary for you to make an informed decision. We welcome honest feedback, even when it is critical, and we are always willing to discuss concerns directly. However, we also believe it is important that reviews accurately reflect the services performed and the circumstances of the visit. One of the few repairs they did on my audi ended up requiring a lot more labor/disassembly then they originally thought but they covered that labor cost and all I had to pay was the original quote, if they don’t sound like lifesavers to you yet I would suggest you get your vehicle in with them asap to see for yourself. I can’t thank them enough for how well I was treated! shout out to the technician for having to deal with my car being there for so long if your seeing this I apologize and your amazing bro. I appreciate your work so much!
