Kanstantsin put me on the schedule on short notice when my refrigerator stopped working. Despite a very long day, he still came by even though after normal business hours. He is very professional and knowledgeable and had excellent communication regarding his eta. I have worked with many others and he is by far the best!
Sometimes not taking the first choice that appears on an internet search pays off and that was my recent experience with Elemental Appliance Repair (EAR). I placed my call to EAR and Kanstantsin answered the phone and said he would be over that evening to see what he could do. He diagnosed the problem quickly, gave…

He was…

Leaving response for 84 year old mother who doesn’t work the internet and asked me to do it for her. :) Her freezer went out and we found this company fortunately. “ Kanstantsin is very professional and liked the way that he worked. He is very honest and did a great job.” Thanks for taking care of my Mom.
Kanstantsin was top notch service on this. Appointment was easy to make by text and also let me know when he was on the way. I so appreciated that he tried the least expensive repair first. I had an issue with the water filter system on my year and a half old Whirlpool fridge. I was about 80% certain of what the issue was but could not fully diagnose it myself.
