Very great atmosphere and friendly staff. The therapist knew exactly what she was doing and concentrated on my problem areas we discussed before the session. I left out feeling brand new. I had shoulder and neck pain going in and now it’s gone. Great job. I highly recommend Elements Massage.

First time there to get a trigger point massage. The massage was painful but not in a bad way. I have chronic pain in my neck, shoulders, and hips and cervicogenic headaches everyday. Limited mobility in my left arm. I had so many knots and tight muscles. I walked out of there lose and light as a feather. The day…

The day of, before my massage I was in tears and I couldn’t take it anymore. It’s been 4 days since my massage and no headaches. I feel so much better. My shoulder is still hurting some and I did have better mobility. I will continue to go every few weeks! Chris , Thank you so much for the awesome massage! I will see you soon!

I signed up for a membership and I have received 2 wonderful massages. I decided to use a different person for my 3rd massage and when I went this morning for my massage, I scheduled a month ago, I was told after sitting there for 10 minutes that the massage therapist didn't know she was scheduled this morning. Keep in mind, I scheduled this about a month ago and I also received a reminder of this appointment Friday which I confirmed. I was so upset. I woke up early, drove 30 minutes, and was thoroughly looking forward to massage bc I have really bad ongoing tension in my neck, shoulders, and upper back. The gentleman at the front was very apologetic and offered me some complimentary add ons for my next service but I am still extremely disappointed in how this was handled. They had a month to contact me to let me she wasn't scheduled to work that day and to schedule me for another day/time. This was a huge inconvenience and disappointment. I'm not sure I even want to continue my membership at this point.
UPDATE(6/2/26): I'm updating my review b/c Emma is amazing and is more than deserving of 5 stars. She's really helped relieve a lot of my neck tension, migraines, shoulder, and upper back pain. I believe she genuinely cares and she's exceptional at her job. Highly recommend!
