Today was my first workout. This place is amazing. The time goes by so fast. As a distance runner , this place is upping my strength. It’s a new change of pace. It’s a clean gym with no lingering odor. TJ takes pride in his gym. The instructor works with your schedule and the classes are fun. I recommend you give this place a try.
