I first met Elite Pest Control about 2 years ago selling Barbecue on Saturday. The team was so kind and nice… I knew once I needed pest control and wildlife removal, they would be my first call. You were suppose to let us know to talk about the termite bait stations we removed, plus I don’t think you inspected them all. There are 16 stations, numbered from 0-15, and 3 have been removed. Please reschedule as some did not get checked as they were not opened!

We had an agreement that if you couldn’t find the monitors you would ask and not dig extra holes. The lid on one monitor wasn’t on correctly. At least 3 monitors looked untouched. One of the new ones you dug a hole for was only a few feet away from the actual monitor. You were looking in the wrong place. I’ve been a customer for 30 years and I expect better, especially when we’ve discussed these issues before.
Hello Miss Slayton. I am sorry for the confusion with the technician today. The note is definitely on the agreement and the technician has been addressed directly. I will be reaching out to you shortly to try and figure out a way to avoid this in the future as well as schedule a time for me to see about the monitors that looked untouched.
