I was also very impressed by the amount of equipment they have in stock at their warehouse. They have a phenomenal selection, and it’s great to be able to see the equipment in person rather than ordering everything online.

BEWARE — I would not do business with this company, and especially not with John, the so-called CEO/owner.
John sent me what I considered an outrageously high-priced quote with several fees that I wanted explained. I called him to discuss the pricing and initially we had a productive conversation. But once I started questioning parts of the quote and asking him to tighten up the numbers, his entire attitude changed.
Instead of professionally explaining the charges and working through the quote with me, he became irritated and literally hung up the phone.
That tells me everything I need to know.
I've been in the fitness industry for approximately 35 years. I've helped build, operate, manage, or consult with hundreds of fitness facilities across more than 25 states. I've dealt with countless equipment manufacturers, vendors, owners, and salespeople over the years, and this was easily one of the most unprofessional interactions I've experienced.
And understand something: I wasn't calling screaming or refusing to pay. I was questioning a quote. That's it.
If the owner of a company can't handle basic questions about his own pricing without getting upset and hanging up on a potential customer, I personally would have serious concerns about what happens later when you actually need something—service, warranty assistance, replacement parts, or help resolving a problem with the equipment.
That's my biggest warning here.
Buying commercial fitness equipment isn't just about the day they take your money. You're entering into a relationship with that company because eventually you're going to need support. Based solely on how John handled a simple pricing conversation with me, I would have absolutely no confidence putting myself in that position with this company.
There are far too many established equipment companies out there that understand professionalism and customer service—Rogue, REP Fitness, Life Fitness, Technogym, and many others.
Spend your money with a company that respects your business.
Because if this is how you're treated before they even have your money, ask yourself how confident you feel about how you'll be treated afterward.
I know my answer.
I would not do business with John or this company, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.

Thank you for the feedback — some context for anyone reading.
This was a quote, not a completed sale. It included full equipment installation and dedicated 53-foot inside delivery, along with flooring for the entire 1,800 sq ft space. Quotes that come in lower on paper frequently exclude those items, or list delivery as curbside — which means the difference shows up later as your own labor and freight bills.
We were glad to walk through every line, and we offered a lower-cost equipment tier once it was clear the comparison quotes were for lighter-duty gear. We'd rather explain our number than quietly reduce what actually shows up on your floor.
