Brandon was a tow truck driver today. I was very impressed at his ability to explain to me how to fix my car. He also did so without being condescending. I felt like I got a lot more help than he owed me. It was a very nice experience. I would definitely recommend using emerald towing in the future.

My driver was exceptionally nice. He got to me within fifteen minutes of calling my insurance!!! He re-checked my battery and found it was working but the car would still not start. So he got me towed to the shop right away.

Originally call for a tow home, my vehicle would not turn over even after attempting several times to jump it off. The work was very professional told me he could try his jump start and if it worked I was probably having a battery problem. It worked and in the end they save me money and time in trying to figure out what the problem was.

If you need help with your car, these are the folks to help you! From the moment I called, everyone there did there best to help me get on my way. The receptionist made sure I could be helped on my time schedule and James, the tow truck driver, was extremely polite, professional and kind. Thanks so much for the help!!!!!
