Emerald Valley Towing

Had a great experience. Aaron towed my truck and he was a pleasure talking with. Hopefully I get my truck started at home but if not, I know who im calling to take it to the mechanics. I definitely recommend emerald valley towing!

Zach with Emerald Valley Towing towed my car. He showed up and was very professional and pleasant. I would highly recommend them when you have to be towed.

Ricky was a great driver. Very courteous arrived at correct time. He did an amazing job.

They were fast, very professional and communication was spectacular. Would highly recommend these guys.

Very fast, prompt, and professional crew. I’m looking forward to working with them in the future.

They were right on point with everything. The driver personally called me to let me know their agenda and followed through. Extremely fast getting my vehicle on the truck and on its way. Great job! 👍👍👍

Great communication and very professional service once the tow truck arrived. Driver was quick and expert in his attaching my vehicle to the truck for towing. I recommend this company!

Great to work with and very friendly!

My insurance company sent Emerald Valley Towing after my car decided spontaneous combustion would be fun (my subaru caught on freaking FIRE). They were there quickly despite it being a busy holiday weekend, and were very friendly. If ever I need a tow *not* facilitated by my insurance, I know who I'm calling!

Highly recommend! Devan took such good care of getting our 66 Chevelle home when she didn’t want to go to a car show. He was communicative, respectful and professional.Truck was clean and exceeded our expectations.

You or one of your employees stole items out of my vehicle. Then I was told to lawyer up to get reimbursed or get the stuff back. I hate thieves and liars. You had your chance to fix things. I have the police report and the items were in there when it was searched. I hope you lose your OSP contract over this.

Worst experience ever. My roadside assistance put in a call to have them come tow me off the side of Beltline Hwy. They said it would be an hour. 2 hours later still no show and every time I tried to call it went straight to answering machine. Very unprofessional and I would never rely on them again!

Very nice staff. Towed my car right away. Also affordable.

Quick, efficient & great customer service!

If I could give Emerald Valley Towing 10 stars I would! My starter went out on my car in Junction City and I needed it towed to Eugene. I called Emerald Towing and they were there. They were quick to respond, professional, and just nice people. I can’t say enough good things about this company.

Was out at the cruise when my 69 Chevy quit running. Request a tow with Travlers and they said Emerald would be to get me in 90 minutes. I call there dispatch at Emerald and and told the very nice lady, what a predicament I was in everybody's trying to cruise, and we're broke down in the lane. She expedited my call… Read full review

I was involved in a pretty serious car accident yesterday, and after my insurance called Emerald Valley Towing, Brandon showed up in under 10 minutes. I was still pretty shaken up, and his calm attitude and genuine concern really helped in that moment. He was professional, kind, and just an all-around great guy… Read full review

I recently used their service via USAA. My son needed help with his car and the guy fr Emerald Valley was outstanding. Hoping we don’t need a tow again but if we did they would be the first place we called

Today my vehicle blew the turbo. I was off of I-5 outside of creswell and needing to get the car towed home. Mike showed up 20 minutes later and got the job done perfectly. I was nervous because my vehicle is lowered and I have had my bumper damaged by a different company. He reassured me that he could do the job… Read full review

After an extremely traumatic car crash, these guys were so incredibly helpful and kind. They answered all my questions and were so patient with me. Reminded me to take my plates with me, something I would have not thought about in the mess of things. Just grateful for good people.

Chase from Emerald Valley really helped us out with our car troubles this week! He was very prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. I enjoyed working with him. Plus, he had a cool light on his hat and he told me all about it. Come for the great towing service, stay for the clip-on hat light recommendations. Or just the… Read full review

I wish I could remember the tow truck driver's name but he was very very helpful and very very nice and let us know what could possibly be wrong with our van. He had great suggestions. And Amber at dispatch was very helpful and very very nice. I will use emerald valley towing for all my towing needs from now on.

About as scummy, predatory, and run down as every other towing company. I don't think there is much more to say than this place will absolutely screw you over when it comes to having your vehicle towed. They have a small lot that barely fits any normal sized cars, their office is filthy. And they will charge you an… Read full review

When our 1955 Tbird broke down, Jesse came to our rescue with a fancy new flatbed tow truck. They were on time and great service! He was extra careful with our baby and even helped me get the car in the garage. Emerald Valley Towing is my new favorite tow company.

My husband and I were stuck on the side of I 5 freeway. Our car stopped running I called our insurance towing company and get a tow truck. They sent Emerald Vally towing. I told the tow truck driver I was on oxygen, and didn’t want to run out. They arrived in time for me to still have oxygen to get home.

Great service providers

Great price and speedy service! They were even willing to work with me and Aaron was a great help throughout and made sure I was on time for my tire change!

Great service and knowledgeable. Very courteous and helpful.

I can't remember the tow truck drivers name but he was very understanding and kind. The dispatch lady, Deena I believe was very nice and understanding aswell. Very good experience.

Very thankful for this company! Jake came to my rescue within a half hour when my vehicle died. He was proffesional, courteous, and kind. I have worked with other employees here and had similar experiences with them as well. Big thank you to Jake, James, Amber, and the Emerald Valley Team!

Wonderful people to work with. Professional and just a good experience all around. Thank you!

A buddy and I were working on a motor swap and we were able to get some help with transporting the cars back to the house on a short notice. Thank you guys!

We had a rental car that had transmission problems at the Oregon Coast. This isn’t something one expects and could’ve put even more strain on our stay, but through praying for God’s help, found Emerald Towing and specifically JAKE!! He decided to come all the way out from Eugene to Yachats where we were staying… Read full review
