Excellent service and very understanding and flexible even with changing delivery location. Would definitely use again.
We own economy self Storage, a customer got their 26” box van stuck in the corner of facility. Emerald sent a very nice gentleman over to get them freed. First class, very reasonable,I highly recommend!
Driver went out of his way to do things right and safely. He represents the company well.
I am writing on behalf of a friend who had her car towed dt an illegal parking fiasco. My friend was outraged about the situation when put in touch with Emerald Valley Towing, the holders of the contract for vehicle removal. Not a great start for first impressions, however Emerald Valley was crystal clear about the…
I recently used their service via USAA. My son needed help with his car and the guy fr Emerald Valley was outstanding. Hoping we don’t need a tow again but if we did they would be the first place we called
Really appreciate the level of professionalism and how smoothly the whole process went. Thanks again for getting me out of a tight spot
When our 1955 Tbird broke down, Jesse came to our rescue with a fancy new flatbed tow truck. They were on time and great service! He was extra careful with our baby and even helped me get the car in the garage. Emerald Valley Towing is my new favorite tow company.
Very pleasant and sympathetic for our situation. Called ahead to the repair shop to make sure they would take the vehicle.
Job well done
Great price and speedy service! They were even willing to work with me and Aaron was a great help throughout and made sure I was on time for my tire change!

Service was great
The driver contacted me ahead of the given time by my insurance carrier indicated. When the driver arrived, he was friendly and professional. The truck was off and away in less than 10 minutes and delivered to the mechanic safely.
On time, very knowledgeable and careful while loading and unloading our lowered legacy gt.
Emerald is an extremely professional and considerate tow company. Ryan came out and reassured me that we would get off the busy road in no time. As promised he had my vehicle load and ready to go in record time. What's important here is that Emerald dispatch and Ryan assisted me with customer service that's second…
Very quick and super knowledgeable driver, very friendly and very helpful.
They called me as soon as they took the job, they were kind, quick and professional. They towed my high roof sprinter with ease.
Didn’t have to wait long for the tow truck. I own a fully electric car and the person knew exactly how to transport the vehicle safely without damage to the body or drive components.
Dominic was excellent
Rapid response time. Very friendly. Professional and respectful of my property. Highly recommend.
I got stuck up in the mountains with a damaged caliper on my brake system, and the vehicle wouldn't roll forward. I had a looong walk to get into cell service range, and when I got a signal I called the first number for a tow service, forgetting about my previous experience with EVT which was so pleasant and crazy…
Qiuck response time and they accepted my auto policy with towing. They actually towed my truck to my house then a few days later towed to the shop I choose to fix my rig. Friendly and knowledgeable drivers. They get all my future tow needs.
Emerald Valley Towing was recommended to me by a friend and the company did not disappoint. James the owner serviced the towing personally. He was not only friendly but took care of my car like it was his. His personality won me over and the expert way he handled my car. To add to this, he give me a huge discount as…
My all-electric Nissan Leaf needed a tow and despite it not having the needed tow eye bolt and the fact that electric cars have some differences about their Neutral gear from gas cars, Ryan persevered in getting it up on the flatbed and towing it where it needed to go. Good communication. Quick service. Recommended!
I have a Nissan 370Z that sits extremely low, with custom wheels, exhaust and front lip of which were at risk of being damaged during loading and unloading. The tow driver went out of his way to make sure nothing got scratched or damaged during the tow. I'm very appreciative, and would highly recommend them.
Fast and curious. Thank you so much for being so kind during the heat of the night. All's good in the hood!
Super professional and very good communication and promptness. Driver had great response time and was very careful and demonstrated excellent care and effort to get our vehicle taken care of.
Honestly I had no expectations but the call went out to Emerald Valley Towing and Ryan responded right away and was close by ...I had a flat tire ...I was in the parking garage he is a problem solver and so on it! In 45 mins my car was loaded and driven to dealership...I was so impressed he knew what he was doing…
I needed to have a Dodge Ram 1500 (that does not have a working engine) moved from a local mechanic’s shop to my house and working with EVT was a breeze. They were professional, on time, put the truck right where I needed it and charged me over the phone with ease. I never needed to leave my desk to do anything -…
