Enginair was great! They are an honest company that will not try to sell unnecessary services or parts. Diandro was our service guy that completed our maintenance check. He was thorough and friendly. Appointment times were changed multiple times making it difficult to coordinate access when I raised my concerns I felt like they were dismissed instead of addressed I ultimately chose another HVAC company . I hope they improve their communication and scheduling

Very pleasant company to work with. They came out multiple times to fix something. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. They even answered the phone at 11 o'clock at night. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing air conditioner service or maintenance.
Update 05/08/2024: Engiair replaced our older 3.5 T units with a new 4 T condenser and evaporator. I was a bit skeptic about whether or not they would complete the work in less than 5 hours, but they did, and with 10 mins to spare, as Jaime rightfully pointed out. Simply Tremendous Service and felt that the team cared about my needs with great response and integrity.
