Reviewers highlight the convenient drive-through process where staff unload items like paint and chemicals without requiring customers to exit their vehicles. The service is frequently described as quick, free, and handled by friendly, professional employees. However, some customers report frustration with unclear entry markings and staff providing inaccurate information or refusing service due to strict gallon limits or misclassified waste types.
