She spent a lot of time explaining things to me and helping to put my mind at ease. Gabriel, the tech who did the tests was excellent and answered all of my questions. When the report was complete, he explained it to me in full detail and made sure that I understood everything. What an awesome team! They very likely saved my life, and I will be forever grateful to them.

We had a particularly vexing mold remediation challenge to overcome. Our house was uninhabited pending our move when a bathroom sink hose-line failed. The leak wasn’t discovered until days later. By that time the plumbing leak had done extensive damage to floors, walls and ceilings. The prevailing heat and humidity had also created a need for mold remediation. We engaged a professional remediation company to take corrective action. Fortunately, we contacted Dan Whittaker, founder and owner of Environmental Solutions Group (“ESG”) to conduct visual inspections of the progress in remediating the mold and to take both surface and air samples that were analyzed by an independent lab to ensure mold spores post-remediation were at normal indoor levels according to well-established industry standards. Throughout the process Dan and his team at ESG excelled in communicating with us as to the remediation actions needed for success. Critically, Dan and his team also collaborated closely with the remediation team to ensure the appropriate remediation steps were being taken to obtain verified visual and lab results. That collaboration was instrumental to achieving our goal of obtaining ESG’s Fungal Hazard Clearance Report. We highly recommend Dan and the team at ESG without reservation.

We are so grateful for the entire team at Environmental Solutions Group. ESG has come to our rescue multiple times over the years and saved us potentially devastating home damage and health consequences. Dan has extensive knowledge that he is generous to share with clients. During a home inspection, Scott detected water damage in a home that we were under contract to purchase which allowed us to negotiate appropriately with the seller. Most recently, Dan and Jake came out to help us with an ongoing water infiltration issue that we’ve had since hurricane Debby. They were the utmost in professionalism: respectful, compassionate, and generous with their time to provide us with much -needed assistance and support; they even made time to acknowledge our dogs which included playing tug of war with our young dog while they talked to us. Tara is professional, personable, responsive and competent in assisting clients with scheduling and assuring clients receive the support and assistance they need.
